The nearby transportation facilities are very convenient. There are many snacks and delicacies downstairs. In the center, I drink nearby at night. I think the hotel chain environment is also good. 在兩個平台看到這家酒店，攜程的評分挺高，另個一就很低，入住之前打了三次電話確認！房間挺大挺乾淨，還有乳膠枕枕頭！親子房的小床都很大，兩張床可以拼一起就是超特大的床了，對於睡覺不老實的孩子，大人也不會受罪了！房間還能看見飛英塔，樓下還能買到湖州特色糕點徐忠良，停車樓下就能停，不行就地庫裏很友好！對於沿街其實這裏不算吵的了，基本上聽到按喇叭或者特別吵的情況！偶爾也是酒店住的人過道嬉笑打鬧而已，我覺得人之常情，不知道為什麼另一個平台的分數是不是被這樣拉踩的！我兒子反正特別喜歡，前台的女孩子真的特別好，我兒子因為要滴阿託品，這個眼葯水次拋又要放特地温度，房間沒有冰箱，都是放前台的冷櫃裏！滿分5分的話我打4.8分！

We stayed in a standard family room at the Dongwu New Century Hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was well-designed, providing a comfortable and practical space for family stays. GGuest UserThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

YYaroslav19The hotel is located on a hill in a bamboo forest. There are no neighbors around, so in Arcadia you can enjoy nature and relax from the city noise. A vacation in Arcadia is perfect for groups of friends, families, with you love or alone.
The room is spacious, bright, well-ventilated, the bed is large, our room had a balcony overlooking the valley. There are many places to relax, 2 Jacuzzis and a large swimming pool.
We were delighted with the food! Even we foreigners really liked the Chinese cuisine in this hotel. The European cuisine and the serving of dishes are great, we have never seen this level in other hotels. The ingredients in the dishes are fresh and of good quality.
Besides the good food, Arcadia also has the best service among all the hotels we've been to. Thanks Terry for that! The staff is friendly and helpful. We were greeted and escorted off as good friends.
The owner of Arcadia Ernest is a hospitable, kind and interesting person with excellent English. He gave us a tour of the hotel, showed us hiking trails with wonderful views of the tea plantations and the valley, and told us many stories about the hotel and the surrounding area.
On our next trip to Shanghai, we will definitely plan a visit to Arcadia!

GGuest UserWe have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights. The water park was the absolute highlight for my 6 year old daughter. The room was warm and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The vegetarian options were limited for us but vacation housekeeper 小陈 went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for, even arranging a food delivery for us. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone with young children

The next day I got up very early, enjoyed the beautiful panoramic sunset of Anji, and fell asleep one by one. I have always heard that the Wilderness of Dale is very good. This time I took my mother and dog to Anji to play, because there are not many hotels that can bring dogs. I can see the Wilderness of Dale, so I decided without hesitation.
The housekeepers who received us were Shasha and Fang Wei, who provided excellent and considerate service. Build a group in advance to inform the surrounding attractions, and help turn on the air conditioner and floor heating in advance, so that the room will be warm when you arrive.
There are welcome fruits in the room, heart-warming red bean soup in the evening, and the breakfast is delicious and rich. The B&B is located in the town of Taohuayuan, like a paradise, you can stroll around for a long time in the town, and there are movie theaters and theaters that are showing at the same time.
My mom thought it was a great experience.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, green everywhere. The room with its own swimming pool is very private. The family of three had a lot of fun. The service is also very good. I will come again if I have the chance. I just want to make a small suggestion. The swimming pool can be equipped with lights, otherwise it will be impossible to go into the water after dark.
