Hotel is situated at a good location but can be better in terms of the amenities. The breakfast spread was quite large and diverse but it lacked the taste which if corrected would make a must go option

The drainage system in the shower needs to b improved because the water is “flooding” and not flowing properly. Additionally, there needs to be a blower in the shower. The food is fantastic and very tasty, however, ***y of the desserts were stale, so I think those could be improved. Also, Vivek was very kind and didn’t hesitate to help me out, always bringing my daughter onion dosa and coffee. Azam and Riyaz services were great during the breakfast. Best part are watermelon , detox and beverages are great!!

It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. In fact, the check-out is that the front desk promises to send the check-in voucher to my mailbox after half an hour, that is, no reminder has been sent and no reminder has been sent. Simply served

Hotel is good, good value for money, Chinese food on the m floor. Udon, shrimp fried rice is good. One day I ordered pineapple fried rice, but curry was put in it, but I didn't take a bite. The hotel asked me to leave the group and was very surprised and happy

Good location On the top of the hill, take a quiet place, go to the mountain for a few hundred meters to have a supermarket, easy to buy things. The breakfast was very safe and it didn't go wrong for a few days (I was the kind of physique that KFC would eat diarrhea). The hotel service is good, the graffiti remembers to the waiter, the tip of the day is estimated to be 100 rupees, the security is more strict and reassuring. Although the furniture is somewhat old but does not affect the use, the rain is in the bathtub, the place is small, but it is enough. Overall it was quite good and I stayed here later.

After entering to the hotel I have seen great plants and trees where I was travelling a long way I felt so welcoming and I experienced alot fresh air in the morning. Reception: People have done my check-in.so fast the team was so polite and very helpful all my queries were explained in a good ***ner. I heartfully want to thank front office team for their efforts. Specially - Ankit, Moumi and sarmistha. Good job keep it up 👏👏, I will recommend my colleagues, family' and friends to stay with Ella Hotels.

Breakfast is an Indian meal, occasionally boiled eggs. Let the chef do some local Indian breakfast, such as dosa. Hotel comfort is good, service attitude is much better than domestic hotels, cost-effective.

Very satisfied, a business trip, the hotel is in a good location, opposite a shopping mall, there are supermarkets, hospitals, pharmacies on the right hand side. The waiter attitude is also very good, the hotel also has a car to pick up and drop off. Nice environment, fragrant lemon flavor, breakfast is buffet, rich and varied, great, and Chinese food. There are also swimming pools, gyms, spas. If you have the opportunity to go or stay in this hotel
