Refurbished since my last visit in 2019. No desire to stay anywhere else in Iași. This is a great hotel, it has atmosphere, good rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent. The restaurant is very good for reasonably priced fine dining, absolutely no need to venture out on a cold winter evening to find somewhere else to eat. Breakfast is excellent and caters for all tastes.

Nothing to complain of! The hotel offers an elegant and modern accommodation. We had a room with the view, really big and clean! Kind, welcoming and professional team members! A delicious and rich breakfast buffet and really close to major attractions and shopping center.

I have stayed at the Traian many times and once again it is the best hotel in Iasi, . The staff are fantastic, the breakfast is great with lots of hot and cold choice, and the rooms are very clean, bright, airy and spacious. You couldn't ask for more as well as being in a great location and a very reasonable price. Oana, Anca and Roxana pulled out all the stops for and during my visit, very tentative and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Looking forward to my next visit, happy customer,

Cara Signora della reception che ha appena risposto al telefono , vorrei dirle che anche se dietro ad un telefono,la GENTILEZZA e la DISPONIBILITÀ NON DEVONO MAI MAI MANCARE !! (Sono un direttore di un hotel ed i miei cari dipendenti non si comporterebbero mai come ha appena fatto lei ) mi dispiace !!

La struttura si trova nel centro della città a due passi da tutto, internamente è stata recentemente riammodernata con mobilio nuovo se pur mantenendo il meraviglioso profumo del passato, lo stile e l'eleganza. Progettato dal noto Eiffel questo edificio ospita l'hotel che per lo stile, ma soprattutto l'infinita gentilezza, educazione, disponibilità del personale, lo rende un "MUST TO DO". La camera spaziosa e comoda, elegante, mobilio nuovo, letto e cuscini comodi, bagno impeccabile. Dotate di frigobar e bottiglia d'acqua gratuita all'arrivo. Ristorante eccellente, offre delle portate veramente sublimi. La colazione è stata ricca e abbondante con molta scelta tra salato e dolce. Qualche parola da spendere sempre in positivo su Roxana, al ricevimento è stata lei ad accogliermi, dopo una giornata davvero difficile, ha saputo, con professionalità, gentilezza e tanta dispobilita, trasmettere l'accoglienza che l'hotel è pronto a dare ai propri ospiti. Lo consiglio vivamente, il miglior posto dove poter soggiornare non solo a Iasi ma nella Romania. Grazie per tutto, siete semplicemente fantastici.

Set on a square minutes from the main boulevard of beautiful Iasi this hotel is pure old school; grand facade, attentive staff, large rooms with enormous beds! thick carpets and heavy doors set in a building designed by Eiffel. Really enjoyed our brief stay and will stay again when in the city.

It is an expensive hotel for what it offers. It doesn't deserve the four stars: the sheets on both beds in the room have holes. The beds are very narrow. The air conditioning is not working properly. If you get rooms with windows facing the roof of the neighbouring building, you won't be able to sleep at night because of the noise. There is the air vent for the whole hotel: the system switches on and off every 15 minutes. When it's working, it sounds like at the airport, when several planes take off simultaneously. They have problems with the Internet, the Wifi does not work most of the time. If you are here for business or a conference, the lack of internet will cause you big problems. The room access card is demagnetized all the time. Even after you take it out of the light slot. The elevators have problems too. Avoid this hotel!

Fantastic Grand Hotel in Prime location Truly lovely renovated with beautiful furniture, very comfortable bed. Great bathroom with all amenities. TV with Netflix, fast and reliable Wi-Fi all over the hotel. Wonderful restaurant serving very rich choice of breakfast and culinary delights for lunch and dinner. Very professional staff, extremely helpful front desk crew. I got exactly the room I wanted to enjoy both the fantastic comfortable hotel plus the lovely view on this very welcoming city with so friendly people. Thank you for the Perfect stay!

Nice hotel, good bed and confortable, very clean. Every time i have been there the staff are friendly, professional and speak with an excellent english. The room are spacious and confortable. The only small thing missing in this hotel is a swimming pool or a spa
