"The location is fantastic, right next to Palas. The staff in reception were very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours before our flight. The room was great: very comfy BIG bed and great facilities (mini-fridge, TV, good room heating, lots of towels, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries). The only thing that could be improved would be the cleanliness in the shower cabin - the sealant in the shower cabin desperately needed replacing and the shower head and cable need to be cleaned properly (there were noticeable deposits). The water pressure was also pretty low but I think that was because of the cold weather so couldn't really be helped). Other areas of the bathroom and room were spotless. The breakfast was delicious and there was an option to have breakfast in the room, which we took advantage on on our furst day. The restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a GREAT stay during a stressful trip and we would definitely stay there again."
