"We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel in a luxurious king room! The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an inviting ambiance that set the tone for our entire experience. The modern decor was the perfect backdrop for our getaway, creating a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, radiating a European flair. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also a highlight—nicely sized and ultra-modern, with everything we needed presented in pristine condition. We loved the complimentary perks, including fast Wi-Fi, bottled water, coffee, and tea in the room. Plus, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, making everything smooth and convenient. And oh, you have to experience the incredible spa and pool! It’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Don’t forget to grab a delicious beverage and an excellent meal on the hotel terrace—an experience you won’t want to miss! The continental breakfast was top-notch and included with our stay, giving us a delicious start to our day. "Teribil terrible hotel. I choose this hotel as it was the only one available in the city center and for the location but this hotel show not be open for the public as it is a liability. Extremely dirty with bugs coming from the carpet, stained carpets (please see pictures) old stinky dirty towels, bad breakfast, dirty black walls, only half of curtain, no toiletries, extremely disappointing experience"

"Hotel located in the city center. The reception staff don't speak Spanish. The rooms are large and clean but dated, with carpeted floors. They only provide towels for one person, and there's no shower gel or shampoo. Some of the lamps didn't work. For breakfast, you have to leave the hotel, go down some stairs, and re-enter from the street to a different part of the hotel, which is cold in winter. The breakfast is basic, but better than nothing. It has good views of the city."

"The propaganda has everything, but when it comes there is nothing. The TV is small, the air conditioner is broken, the phone is off line, the water pressure in the shower is too low, and the gym is not open. When I asked the front desk why there is no one, the front desk clerk said: "You just booked it for one day." I was speechless. I went in for 15 minutes, but they didn't give me a refund at 12:30. Ctrip was kind enough to give me some cash back."

"The administrator did not confirm my booking in the evening, saying they could not see it and that the room was not available, even though all the information had been provided. They offered me a different room instead. At 10 PM on December 31st, with a child, I naturally agreed to pay again and wrote about the issue to Agoda. The room was horrible, dirty, with holes in the bathroom walls and mold. In the morning, another administrator found my booking and refunded the payment for the additional room, claiming that I had stayed in the same room I initially booked. However, the description and photos of the rooms differ significantly. Agoda did not support my complaint. This is terrible treatment of customers, both by the hotel and Agoda, as my rights are not being protected."
