Lovely hotel in good location- attached to mall with food options- good breakfast- excellent AC- just a bit dated but overall good condition -- no English TV channels tho- would have been nice to have at least 1

En términos generales nos fue bien, el personal muy cálido y amable, el desayuno bien sin ser sobresaliente, las instalaciones buenas pero considero que a las áreas comunes les falta algo de mantenimiento, tambiém observo que el 26 de Diciembre no había servicio de botones y que el parqueadero es limitado.

Todo es malo, la ubicación, el desayuno pésimo, la bulla en las camas, la atención del personal es lo único bueno. La noche que tuve antier fue la peor de mi vida, la cama tambaleaba de un lado a otro, el ruido de la calle se escucha, permanentemente.

Muy regular, desde que llegué , la niña de recepción mal humorada, después fui al restaurante, comida fatal , meseros que atienden mal , el aire de la habitación daba directamente a la cabecera de la cama, muy incómodo para dormir, al otro día el desayuno, los huevos salados que me sirvieron . Lo único fue amable el señor de recepción cuando hice el check out .

Pésimo servicio, la misma recpecionista cuando llaman de una habitación les cuelga. Y se.demora como si no quisiera agilizar procesos de check in de viajeros. Atiende de mala gana. Al llegar nadie para atender muy desorganizados y cochino hotel! Deben mejorar el servicio, no recomiendo para viajeros este hotel.
