"I really love this place. I wasn't planning to come to Ibague so booked this last minute and its one of my favorite places ive stayed in all of Colombia. The location is amazing, the forms are very comfy and accommodating. The kitchen is large and really well equipped, and the woman who manages it is extremely kind and accommodating. I extended my stay in this city just because i loved this hostel so much."

"The hotel doesn't provide free clean water. This is the first time I've encountered this. A bottle of clean water is a basic item, they provide it everywhere, but here they don't. There was also no shower gel, which is also surprising. Overall, I'm disappointed."

"The hotel is very well located and the staff is friendly. The facilities are nice, although the rooms are quite small. I don't recommend it if you're looking for rest: the noise is very loud from the music on the rooftop and the nearby nightclubs, even in rooms at the back. The parking lot is small and you park in a line, so they might ask you to move your car. The pets are cute, but there's a constant smell of urine, and we found excrement in the parking lot in the morning. Ideal only if you're going to party and don't need to sleep well."
