Brilliant attentive and friendly service, nothing was too much. Welcome drink on arrival. Good local knowledge. Rooms are nice and have most amenities. Bar area, restaurant and pool area very cool and vibe. Eco credentials could improve by relaxing one use items (eg. Dental kit, vanity kit) with plastic free alternatives.

My stay at Sir Joan Hotel proved to be truly magnificent. The establishment exuded a contemporary ambiance, adorned with sleek, modern interiors predominantly cloaked in pristine white. The adept utilization of space lent an expansive feel to the rooms. The hotel's staff, paragons of helpfulness and impeccable service, exhibited an unwavering readiness to assist with any inquiries or needs within the city. The gastronomic experience at their butcher restaurant was particularly noteworthy, featuring delectable burgers that left an indelible impression. The meticulous room service and cleaning services were executed with precision, maintaining a commendable standard. The inclusion of complimentary Illy coffee in the room was a delightful touch, providing a rejuvenating boost to commence my mornings. Strategically positioned, the hotel boasts a fabulous location within walking distance of the city center and the marina. Undoubtedly, there could be no more ideal property to choose for a stay in Ibiza. I unequivocally anticipate a return to this exceptional establishment, reaffirming my intent to revisit and relish the unparalleled hospitality it affords.

The hosts at Sir Joan go above and beyond to make guests feel at home, always really friendly and genuinely really interested to hear about your day. One of our Hosts, Ariana, gave us a personalized 1-to-1 session to highlight the best experiences the island has to offer which was invaluable given it was our first time in Ibiza.
