"Just back from the fabulous La Cala! The food was absolutely amazing, quality and hot, plenty of choices. From the Chef's, to waiting staff, bar staff, Reception,room maids, & maintenance,well done all, you all work so hard to ensure the Hotel runs perfectly. My room was street facing but quadruple glazing you couldn't hear anything once the doors were closed. Great to people watch on the balcony with perfect sunsets I read of people moaning about the gorgeous ambient fragrance on entry but its quality and gives an air of luxury. Also a mention of it seeming like a "care home" which is grossly unfair, just because we are "older" it dosen't mean we can't have a Holiday! This is a traditional Spanish hotel in a great location to reach everything, Marina, beach, seafront walking and many bars and restaurants. Ive gone here for a few years now and its seems all of the staff have remained which says a lot for the hotel group. A special mention to Juan & the bar team for fast and efficient bar service always with Happy smiles. Thank each & every one of you for an amazing Holiday see you in 2026 Please don't change a thing "

"Lovely little hotel in the heart of San Antonio, was the perfect base for me exploring the island. I expected cheap no frills accommodation but was pleasantly surprised by a lovely hotel, good sized, clean, comfortable room, with fridge, tv, air con, safe & private bathroom. Staff were friendly & helpful. Although no restaurant on site, having vending machines, water, coffee machine (which also dispenses hot water) & and a microwave at reception is a really helpful touch. Would deffo stay again :)"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beach, with restaurants, cafes, shops, and beach clubs nearby. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cozy, and the balcony offers a wonderful view! Breakfasts are delicious and varied. A big thank you to Giovanni at the reception for all his help and support with every possible question! Our vacation was unforgettable!"

"I stayed at the hotel for just one night, arriving too late to check in. I always try the first night like this, and if I like it, I continue my vacation there; if not, I book another hotel. The room was tiny, the smallest room I've stayed in anywhere in the world during the year and a half I've been traveling in Europe. But it said it was 12 square meters. The bed was wedged into the wall on three sides. Upon entering, I could smell a strong, rather unpleasant bathroom smell. When I showered, huge cockroaches appeared on the sink counter. I killed them and flushed them down the toilet. I have a real phobia of that insect. Never in my year and a half of traveling and staying at various hotels, and in no 4-star hotel in the world, had I experienced anything like this. It was almost 2 a.m. In the morning, I reported it to the front desk, and the person there responded that it's normal in Spain. That I should get used to finding them. I'd like to clarify that I lived in Barcelona for two years a while back and traveled around Spain since I was a child, and I'd never experienced this in a hotel or in my student apartment. I don't consider that response acceptable. The hotel sent me an email explaining that they have a company that audits the cleaning service. I think they should do a thorough fumigation in addition to cleaning. It's not good, it's not normal for those insects to exist. It's a basic hygiene issue. And even more so in a hotel of a certain category or price. One issue that encourages insects is the wainscoting in the bedroom and bathroom. I checked out after the reception response and went to another hotel in Playa d'en Bossa to spend the rest of my stay, paying much less, with an ocean view and no insects on vacation."
