Marta in concierge went over and above to make our stay wonderful. She alone made our vacation experience with on point recommendations and super responsive help on anything we needed. The resort is not bad, but a few things not the best: super small bathroom, very expensive food and drinks (even water), and no real activities on property. Spa and gym pretty good. The food was good, the service was acceptable, although sometimes it seemed they were short-staffed like everyone right now. The resort is remote, so if that is not what you are looking for, might want to look around. Reception and bell staff were super accommodating. I am surprised that they don't have a dj at the pool and also surprised they don't provide a shuttle for venues even 5 minutes away. That would really improve the experience.

What makes 7pines special is yes the views, yes the gym & spa, yes the quality of rooms. But over and above is the fabulous concierge team. Their can do, going beyond , enthusiasm and genuine desire to provide you with the best recommendations for the best times is special. Super responsive and strong ownership of your experience. It is just superb!

You are better off to go to BENIDORM. NONE EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY SMALL ROOMS,RAT POISION AROUND THE CHILDREN POOL AREA,LIMITED RESTURANTS AS TWO OUT OF THREE RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSED DURI G THE DAY, YOU BE LUCKY TO GET YOUR FOOD ORDER CORRECT, NO LESURE FACILITIES , AWAY FROM ANY AMENITIES, DOOR FRAMES HELD TOGETHER WITH TAPE DILAPIDATED .

Fabulous hotel, location was absolutely amazing - stunning views. Little pricey and yes difficult to get taxis. Food and service was exceptional - Cone Club was amazing for night drinks and food. Our server on the last night made me and my daughters night - Serafun - he was so attentive and had a lovely chat with the young lady from Argentina who was super brilliant. Cant fault ALL the staff Thank you - would love to be back Sarah

Séjour on ne peut plus banal et déçu par ce 5 étoiles Nous arrivions d un autre 5 étoiles et la rien de comparable !! Le point de vu ( attention uniquement de la piscine ) est incomparable !! Mais malheureusement cela s arrête la !! Personnel peu professionnel et jamais à l écoute !! Les erreurs de services sont trop nombreux !! Nous étions dans une suite sur la lagune, aucune intimité avec une personne qui viens nettoyer la lagune à 9h du matin alors que vous vous levez et prenez votre thé que tla terrasse !! La suite en elle même est insignifiance, on Se croirai chez Pierre et Vacances !! Deco basique et peu d espace !! Enfin aucune prévenance, pas d ambiance Bref nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel !! Attention certains bai s de soleil autour de la piscine nécessitent 500 euros de consommation !!

Séjour avec mon mari dans un cadre de rêve, personnel au petit soin et d'une extrême gentillesse. La piscine et la vue sont époustouflantes, le petit déjeuner délicieux. les habitations confortables, calme et bien entretenu avec beaucoup d'espace. We had a lovely stay - the room with a pool is gorgeous. We would remember for next time that the main pool has a DJ Thursday-Sunday which was often too loud for us. We had great service from Issy and Francesca though. Issy who worked breakfast service and Francesca who worked dinner service were particularly fantastic. They were both so warm, friendly and great problem solvers for any dietary problems we had.
