Apartamentos Blanco Sol

Beautiful apar**ent complex, we had a 6 person apar**ent. It was spacious and neatly decorated. The complex has 2 swimming pools which were also clean and tidy. The staff and owners were very friendly. They also have a nice terrace where you can sit and have a drink and something to eat.

The property is beautiful in its own right and we were made to feel welcome when we arrived. However, the state of the playground is pitiful and DANGEROUS (splinters, rusty nails, broken stair bars, games that break in two when the child climbs on them, etc.). The apar**ent was great but... poorly cleaned. Big problem with ants, we couldn't even leave bread outside without being invaded. Cleaning was done only once, two days after our arrival, then nothing for 5 days (I'll let you imagine the smell of the trash, having no spare bags). Quite a few marks on the mirrors and windows and towels and tea towels full of hair. After asking 3 times for the balcony light to be fixed, we gave up (never fixed it). Not enough warm blankets for all the beds, no possibility of joining the single beds because of a bedside table attached to the wall. The mattresses are very soft and we all had back pain every night. The air conditioning didn't work at first, we were lucky to notice it before nightfall, when there was still someone there, because they had to "force the system" because of a window that didn't work. didn't close. After checking, several windows could not be locked (security!!). The place is really very charming and very close to the beach and the layout of the apar**ent is absolutely brilliant, which is a shame.

We gave our friend a surprise trip as a gift for her wedding (bachelor party). Unfortunately this was a complete nightmare. After arriving at the apartment we found the beds dirty. We found blood stains and hair under the sheets. We immediately reported this. The owner of the complex did not take us seriously at first and after we asked him for the third time to come and have a look himself, the beds were changed. We then went out and after we came back to sleep we found bugs in the beds. We suspect these are bed bugs. On the pillow and on the mattress under the sheets. The floor was also littered with woodlice. They probably appeared after we all showered and the humidity increased. We walked to the reception at 3:00 am and unfortunately we found no one there. Of course we didn't sleep a wink. In the morning we went to the owner of the complex and his response was that the creatures come from nature and that it was very normal. We didn't have to complain and he even became aggressive. We asked him for a solution because our holiday was ruined. The owner of the complex did not want to cooperate and reacted aggressively when we wanted our money back for the nights that we would not sleep there. We felt unsafe as women. Since the situation was untenable and we could not stay in that situation, we left for another complex where we paid the costs.

The owners are great, very nice and the good thing is that there are also two swimming pools.

We hadden het penthouse tot ons beschikking. Het terras was even ruim als het appartement van binnen was. Traditioneel ingericht, zonder airco maar ‘s avonds waaide het goed door waardoor het koel was. Er waren twee zwembaden, een supermarkt en restaurant bij de appartementen. De eigenaren en hun zoon waren uiterst vriendelijk! Het was 5 minuten rijden naar een fijn strandje. Een auto is wel aan te raden, verder was het super!
