Excelente trato, sitio maravilloso el cual sin duda repetiremos,hicieron que nuestro evento fuese perfecto y especialmente Sergio y Paula son unas personas que las necesitas en tu vida. No hubo ningún invitado de 130 que dijera algo que no gustase

LAURA: la mejor terapeuta que he tenido en el SPA de un hotel. Increíblemente profesional, detallista y agradable. Me casaba en pocos días y me aconsejó que cambiara uno de los tratamientos que tenía previstos. Me dio mucha tranquilidad y me dejó como nueva. This is a superior 5 star deluxe hotel located on the outskirts of Ibiza town. While the location was not perfect it’s only a 15 minute walk into town. Hotel from outside is big and not pretty but inside it’s a beautiful luxurious hotel. Rooms r amazing- we had a hot tub on balcony whilst some of r colleagues had a bath tub in the middle of their room! Breakfast was stunning - if u left dining room hungry then it was totally ur fault! To sum up - a stunning beautiful hotel and I would return in a heartbeat!!❤️❤️

I stayed in the Ibiza Gran with a friend - he had a room (over looking the back / canal) and I had a suite overlooking the pool. We both had a wonderful time. The staff are extremely polite and attentive; the hotel and its grounds have a luxury feel; the restaurants have excellent food and service (breakfast, Zuma and Novikov). The soundproofing in the rooms is brilliant too and the beds are very large and comfortable. Amazing location, only a 15min stroll to Ibiza town and right opposite Pacha, yet the hotel felt very peaceful and quiet. Tips for future visitors: the rooms (as opposed to the suites) that overlook the back - the view is not good, but the room is still very nice - it didn't bother my friend as he still enjoyed having a lovely room to sleep/shower in. I had a balcony overlooking the pool, and I personally did prefer that. Secondly, as other reviews / photos indicate, the suites do have the bathroom in the room with the shower / toilet in cubicles off of it. I'm not a fan of this but I was in the room on my own so it didn't bother me. If I visit Ibiza again, I would like to stay here - we felt its the best option and one of the nicest hotels either of us have stayed in.

Heerlijk hotel, super service, perfecte ligging als uitvalsbasis voor, in dit geval, een groepsreis. Haven op loopafstand, ibiza stad dichtbij, Lio op 5 minuten lopen. Fantastisch ontbijt en mooie, grote, zwembaden. Kortom, een aanrader voor je verblijf op Ibiza.

Albergo di gran livello servizi eccellenti camere ampie di design personale molto attento al cliente. Piscina molto grande con tutti i comfort. Colazione super. Ottima posizione vicino al centro . Suite spettacolare personale cordiale e preparato . Hotel moderno di design complimenti al direttore per la scelta del personale nulla lasciato al caso

Hotelaria com extrema arrogância. Não tem o culto do cliente. A postura é: queres , queres. Se não queres , vais embora. O intitulado director do hotel Sr.Raul tem uma postura soberba e irónica na abordagem aos clientes. Um alojamento a não considerar para quem privilegia hotelaria de luxo. É somente caro.
