The reviews of this hotel do not do it justice. The hotel is immaculate. Location is great, staff very welcoming and the service was amazing. The pool, jacuzzi were lovely and the Dj playing the music was lovely. I had a very pleasant and restful stay. I look forward to staying again.

Amazing property, fantastic amenities. Well worth the price. A great option when partying in Ibiza, as it takes you away from the party and into tranquility. It’s the perfect thing to relax and rejuvenate you. Book directly with them instead of third party site to get free spa. Would consider booking again.

Architecturally the hotel is magnificent, but without this management attitude I would have given it a good mark, which is why, to be objective, I am explaining the details of my rating. When I booked I asked for a late check out and was told that it was better to book an extra night. When I arrived, I said that I would need the room until 6pm. The manager cleared me out in 30 seconds and didn't want to know anything. I had to pay the full night including breakfast, I've travelled all over the world in 5stars I've never had to pay the full price for a late check out, the most expensive was 50%. They could have made a commercial gesture such as a free massage or a dinner, but they were not interested in satisfying the customer. In today's world, these rigid attitudes are no longer acceptable. I'll never come back to this hotel.

Fantastic resort. Well presented, clean and up to date. The staff were all helpful and happy. Rooms were very tidy and cleaned efficiently every day. The buffet food was good for both breakfast and dinners. The gym could be updated a little but was similar to so many hotels I've stayed at. The location was excellent, just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes by taxi from Ibiza Old Town. The concierge was knowledgable and helpful. The a la carte dinner menu could've been better but this is a minor observation considering the lunch menu was very good. The entertainment was also good value.

The room were comfortable and convienent. The stuff were friendly and speak beside Spanish, English and some German. Breakfast had a hugh variety of healthy and good food. The location is near to the beach and to the promenade with restaurants, bars and clubs.

Outstanding service Friendly Professional This hotel makes a difference in Ibiza because of their experience and very good staff. Location is of course amazing Book a room at seaside, and have a before dinner drink in the pool bar! Don’t forget breakfast with sea view and freshly baked eggs!
