Architecturally the hotel is magnificent, but without this management attitude I would have given it a good mark, which is why, to be objective, I am explaining the details of my rating. When I booked I asked for a late check out and was told that it was better to book an extra night. When I arrived, I said that I would need the room until 6pm. The manager cleared me out in 30 seconds and didn't want to know anything. I had to pay the full night including breakfast, I've travelled all over the world in 5stars I've never had to pay the full price for a late check out, the most expensive was 50%. They could have made a commercial gesture such as a free massage or a dinner, but they were not interested in satisfying the customer. In today's world, these rigid attitudes are no longer acceptable. I'll never come back to this hotel.
