December 20, 2023
We stayed at the Eurostars Ibiza in December 2023, for three nights (it is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, but there are many in the Eurostars chain, given that we really like the brand). The experience has been much better than expected, since the room they provided us, the time in Ibiza and the activities we did were of great quality. I proceed to break down several points about the hotel: 1) Hotel staff: The people are very nice at this Eurostars, but I would like to highlight Adrián, a boy from Madrid who was at the reception, who was super nice to us, he recommended activities (such as go to Sant Carles and Bar Anita, we loved that experience) and he always started a conversation with us and got us started in the gym and sauna. So our recognition for your good work, and that of everyone. 2) Room: on the top floor with exceptional views, one of the best we have had in our many stays in Ibiza. It has a kitchen with everything you need. 3) Cleanliness: no complaints, everything is pristine white, which we review and highly value as one of the most important things. 4) Location: exceptional for using the bus (it's how we usually get around) since the Cetis station is next door. In addition, there is a Lidl 5 minutes walk away, and the UD Ibiza stadium 10 minutes away, we took the opportunity to go see a game. 5) Breakfast: typical Eurostars buffet, we really like the placement and presentation, although perhaps there were a few things missing such as salmon or similar, and fried eggs, but everything was excellent. 6) Other points: it has a gym that we use every day, and a very charming area with a Turkish bath, sauna and spa. I used the Turkish bath after the gym, and it felt wonderful. As points for improvement: 1) As I said before, a little more variety of foods at breakfast. I only missed salmon and fried eggs, otherwise there was everything. Maybe being out of season it has a little less variety, so it's not very important either. 2) Parking: I don't know if there would be an option for this hotel to have parking for clients. I was about to rent a car, but I stopped when I saw that this area is a blue zone and it seems difficult to park nearby. If you go to the police station, there is a lot of parking, but perhaps it would be more appealing if the hotel itself had parking (even if it was a daily rate, but that takes away that worry). 3) Some noises from the air conditioning: I don't know if it was just us, but at certain times of the night, the two air conditioning units made brief noises, as if some water was being refilled from the circuit, despite not using it at all. all day and not even having the room card on. Maybe at certain times something internal is put into operation, just like that, but I would try to make it happen at other times in the afternoon, rather than at night. In short, our 3 night stay was short, next time maybe I will go
