Alles was perfect. Drinken etc. Alleen het eten viel mij heel erg tegen, misschien had ik hier ook niet teveel van moeten verwachten..

Heerlijk hotel, bezocht met 11 collega’s. We hadden elke dag een gereserveerde tafel in de tuin achter het buffet-restaurant. (In het water staan flamingo’s!) Met name de goede zorg van onze bediening was fantastisch; Cristina en Begona bedankt voor alle goede zorgen! Niks was te gek, alles kon.

Dit is tevens onze 3e keer dat wij verblijven in dit grote resort. Het eten is uitstekend, veel varianties en alles ziet er schoon uit. Je ziet dat alles goed onderhouden wordt Groot zwembad, 2e grote zwembad is bij het ander resorts waar je gemakkelijk kan komen en er is een klein zwembadje voor de kleine kinderen Bar is goed en er is van 20:00 tot 20:30 mini disco (elke dag) en er is genoeg activiteiten voor volwassenen Kan er iets beter? Ja de zwembaden zijn niet verwarmd. Het grote zwembad is dat niet zo erg maar bij de kleine zwembad voor kinderen is dat mega koud aangezien de kinderen het niet snel aangeven als ze het koud hebben. Ik kan je zeggen het is echt koud! Dat zou een tip zijn Soms worden er nog handdoeken gelegd bij bedden voor reservering. Grootste ergernis in een vakantie, bij de balie heb ik dat gemeld en ze zeggen dat ze hier niks aan konden doen en daar geen controle op zit. Had wel anders verwacht van een 5 sterren hotel. Kom ik nog terug? Ja zeker het blijft echt een heel goed hotel ondanks deze punten

We was welcomed so warmly when we got there that the friendliness and care never stopped! Every member of staff from cleaner to front desk to entertainment were brill! The evenings shows were AMAZING and my kids won’t stop talking about lion king and Aladdin! My partner hates dance and shows but enjoyed the shows. The live singers in the bar were fab too. Splash pool was cold BUT you know kids they jump right in. So I would t recommend for babies BUT in the other pools there are shallow pools that loads of babies were using. My kids enjoyed other pools more and were slightly warmer and bearable! No floaties in pool so don’t bring any. Pool party was huge highlight for me. Food was super yummy (although I do with few more basic food for kids) and drinks WOW! I think I lived on the pina colada cocktails! I’m someone who usually explores on holiday but we loved hotel so much that we stayed mostly at hotel. Main playa de Bossa short walk and main Ibiza town short bus or longer walk. We visited other parts of Ibiza but ended up super happy that we chose this hotel and part of the island. Love mix of families, trendy couples and stags/hen (a huge stag party was there but were so well behaved!) Will be saving up again to come as worth the splash out!

Hemos estado 10 dias fantasticos, ha sido expecional. Destacar a Daniele en recepcion por la atencions y el buen trato. La camarera de pisos Khadidja por su gran trabajo y dedicacion en su trabajo. Mencion especial a los camareros de piscina que hacen un gran trabajo y buena atencion. La comida excelente y de muy buena calidad en todos los restaurantes y bufet.

Tuve una experiencia excepcional en el restaurante La Sal. La comida era deliciosa y el servicio impecable, gracias a Lucía, Cristina y Begoña Martínez. El ambiente era excepcional y elegante. Recomiendo probar el buffet, con mucha variedad de platos deliciosos!

Our party consisted of 3 ladies in our 50s & we booked what was described as a deluxe room for 4 nights. Checking the small print on our return, it says it was a deluxe double, so in hindsight the clue was there, but what was not made clear at the time of booking was it would be 2 beds & armchair sofa bed which would be OK for a small child but certainly not for an adult. We let reception know we were unhappy with the room as it was not big enough for 3 adults (there was insufficient storage space & it took some careful planning to put our cases out of the way so we could actually walk around the room without having to climb over the beds) & were told we could change rooms but there would be an additional charge. As we had each paid in excess of £1100 we were not willing to pay anymore. It was left the manager would be made aware we were unhappy but we heard nothing more. We then spoke to reception to let them know we only had 2 each of the dressing gowns, slippers, glasses & cups for the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We were told this would be sorted - it wasn't. One member of our party celebrated her birthday whilst we were away & it was great that a bottle of bubbley was left in the room, but we only got 2 glasses! We also could not all sit out on the balcony as there were just the 2 chairs. We had a great time but the room facilities & lack of attention to detail were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Food was OK but I've stayed in 4 star hotels that offer better choices/quality. That being said, the bars, pool areas & entertainment were excellent. We would return again but would certainly be asking more questions about the room.
