Non sono mai stato in questo albergo, ma posso dire che il servizio clienti e il personale sono totalmente pessimi. Per niente a disposizione per il cliente. Due giorni prima della partenza,un ragazzo del gruppo è risultato positivo al Covid e per precauzione ci siamo messi in quarantena tutti. Abbiamo chiesto alla struttura se si fosse potuto fare qualcosa (refound,voucher,cambio date) dato che siamo comunque ancora in un’emergenza globale, ma nulla, la risposta è stata un categorico NO, con molta arroganza! Cosa costava a loro cambiare le date? Pessimi!

For a long overdue trip with friends we chose Ryanns Ibiza Appartmenfs , walking distance to the beach/restaurants/shops..great central location
Overall a very good experience, spacious appartment (3 bedroom) ,good beds and very helpfull and friendly staff.

My wife and I booked here with another couple last minute. What immediately struck us was how helpful, patient and friendly the staff are. Liam and Natalia is who we dealt with - they are an absolute credit to Ryan's. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well equipped for self-catering. The pool area is also nice and although an adults-only hotel, it wasn't too rowdy. The location is also excellent, being situated between Playa D'en Bossa and Eivissa. We'd be delighted to stay there again if in the area.

Dos chicos y una chica, maleducados, poco profesionales y muy pocas ganas de trabajar… empezando por el que ni te saludan cuando entras, siguiendo con el que no se entera de la misa de la mitad de lo que les pides o les preguntas. Sinceramente para que este Hotel merezca algo, la pena hace falta cambiar el personal, el chico que arreglaba el ascensor era mucho más majo y más disponible que los tres en la recepción. Un apartamento es mono, pero bastante incómodo. Colchones, nefastos, baños, húmedos, aire acondicionado solo frío (lo cual está muy bien en verano, pero cuando te mueres de frío fuera no). Considerando que no tienen aire acondicionado y que hace un frío que pela en abril, la dirección del Hotel tiene como regla cambiar tras toallas cada dos días (entiendo que no han pensado mucho antes de poner esta regla). Y la limpieza de los cuartos cada tres días, en mi caso que estado tres días no me han limpiado el cuarto o cambiado sábanas…… CUIDADITO CON ESTE HOTEL Y MANTENTE ALEJADO DE LA RECEPCIÓN y de la mala energía de sus trabajadores.

Loved it!1 bed apartment had 2 balconies for dif views. Pool was clean, dj in day and not too crazy it was full of young people and a few older but everyone was well chilled and I loved the atmosphere. Food and bar was really good. Some of the staff receptionist were a bit moody when trying to hook taxis but the pool and bar staff really nice !!! I’ve rebooked their new hotel Ryan’s Lola’s for this summer I can’t wait !
