Location and design is beautiful.
3 major issues…
The walls are very thin and I could hear every sound of the group of girls next door who stayed up partying until 1:30am which was difficult to sleep when I had to leave for the airport at 6am. Also water in the shower did not ever get hot…this was a buzzkill at 6am when it was chilly and dark out.
Food from restaurant was tasty but incredibly overpriced. 35€ for a basic salad is offensive imho.
Overall I would expect more for the rates they charge.

This was my second time at the restaurant after going a couple of years ago when i loved the meal. The second time was a completely different experience. The prices were eye wateringly high a meal for 2 with one small starter each and a main with the cheapest wine available came to 400 euros. The food was just okay for me the steak was a little bland and not worth the money. It is a lovely setting but the prices are simply not worth it.

Mi soffermerò a valutare solamente l’esperienza culinaria del ristorante che ho trovato molto valido come concetto . Forse per molti un po’ fuori prezzo però si sa che ad Ibiza in questi tipi di locale non si va solo per mangiare ma per vedere ed esser visti. Abbiamo cenato in 6 questo ci ha dato la possibilità di provare diversi antipasti. Tra tutti ho amato i carciofi ed il calamaro. Materia prima incredibilmente selezionata e cucina totalmente al fuoco quindi binomio perfetto. Carne al top. Da migliorare la carta di vino e la mise en place del tavolo che ho trovato un po’ scialba. Mangiato bene in locale molto di moda di conseguenza budget spesa alto.

Todos los años celebro mi cumpleaños en Casa Maca. Este año también lo haré. Sus Bungalow son maravillosos, su maravillosa piscina con esas vistas y sobre todo su restaurante. Es un paraíso en Ibiza ❤️

He puntuado solo con un punto… porque no hay cero. Nuestra experiencia fue horrible. Sábado noche, nos ponemos guapos y salimos al famoso Casa Maca directamente desde nuestro barco. El camarero fue muy desagradable, insistiendo mucho lo que debíamos pedir y que finalmente fue mucho mas de lo que nos apetecía. Un extraño comportamiento que se empeoro cuando ya con la cena en la mesa, empezó a llover sobre nuestros platos y nos obligaron a pagar e irnos. ¿Esto es posible? Claro que si, porque a pesar de todo la gente sigue reservando y soportando dicha atención. Te sugiero que vayas s hacerte una foto y vayas a cenar a cualquier otro sitio. Y si eres un camarero no olvides que la gente que nos gusta disfrutar de ls gastronomía también valoramos la elegancia.

We visited Casa Maca for dinner and the setting is beautiful. Everything we ate was delicious. Prices were high even for Ibiza. The portion sizes for starters were generous, in hindsight we should have shared a starter. We order a main from the specials and we’re surprised when we received the bill that one prawn cost €80. We’re glad we went but wouldn’t rush back because of the cost.

Only after your initial reservation the cancellation fee of 150€ pp will become clear. Later you have to read your confirmation well to understand there is a (not specified) minimum spend in your 2 hour reservation. On the spot this turns out to be 150€ pp (written off from your credit card upfront in some cases), whilst the location and the cancellation fee make it practically impossible to step away from a rather expensive dinner. The food is nice but not extraordinary, which classification applies without any doubt for the pirces of the winelist. Below average housewine is 75€ and most other bottles are about 300-800€ or far far more expensive. Never seen such an aggressive business model in any restaurant anywhere in the world before.
