El hotel es increíble , es el mejor de la isla por cercanías , comodidad y sus servicios de excelencia que hacen del lugar la mejor opción. El restaurante Nobu sin duda es el mejor de la isla , la comida fue exquisita las veces que lo visite . El sushi y el pescado es excelente con la mejor calidad , el mejor que he probado en mi vida . Pero sobre todo la calidad humana de todo el Staff es para destacar y felicitar , siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar siempre. Justo siempre ha estado súper atento en todo momento y pendiente de cada detalle , haciendo de que cada visita al hotel sea una agradable y placentera experiencia.

Un hotel excepcional. Desde el momento en el que llegas la atención de su personal es perfecta. Al entrar por la recepción ya disfrutas de unas vistas increíbles. La locación es perfecta, ya que estás a 20 minutos andando del centro de Ibiza o 5 min en taxi, pero genial para desconectar del ajetreo de la ciudad y disfrutar cuando te apetezca de la calma de su piscina y camas con vistas a la bahía.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip this year. In advance I sent an itinerary to the concierge and Ángela was kindly helping me with the bookings. I have stayed at many 5* hotels and last year went to Santa Marina in Mykonos. In none of these places have I encountered anyone in the concierge team as efficient or friendly albeit virtually as Ángela. It is people like Àngela who are the reason that I will recommend Nobu Ibiza Bay to friends and family going forward.

We absolutely loved everything about Nobu Hotel.The pool, the sea view , the room, the food, the cocktails but what really makes the difference is the staff they are extremely welcoming and professional, they really look after you.Ibiza wouldn’t been the same experience without Nobu Hotel. I can’t wait to go back.

We were returning having stayed multiple times at the hotel and the welcome by the door staff, the Concierge team and the front of house staff was welcoming and charming. Throughout our stay the concierge team made arrangements for us and our family and were always extremely helpful. From the minute you arrive and are greeted by the view of the pool every detail is dealt with politely and efficiently. It is a joy to return.

Nous avons choisi l'hôtel pour un week-end volé en septembre. Proche de l'aéroport et de la ville d'Ibiza, le Nobu est parfaitement situé. L'hôtel est agréable, avec une belle vue sur la mer depuis les chambres "sea view". Les concierges sont super pro, à l'écoute et réactifs, En revanche nous avons connu quelques désagréments embêtants : draps non remplacés et clim défectueuse. Et refus complet du front desk quand nous avons sollicité une heure de plus pour le late check-out ! L'expérience aurait pu être bonne. Elle fut décevante.
