Points négatifs : chambre très mal insonorisée Self : nourriture industrielle, pas de recherche de goût, choix moyen, parfois pas de beurre mais uniquement de la margarine au petit déjeuner, les boissons (café , jus de fruits,….) accessibles à l’aide de distributeurs, sont inversées, bruyant. Points positifs : Bonne situation, personnel très agréable, accès direct à la plage, propre, belle vue du balcon des chambres.

Avoid at all costs, this is not a 4 star hotel! It’s 2 star! With the exception of the hotel entrance which is lovely, the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Rooms are dirty and old, a lick of paint doesn’t count as a refurb! The walls are ‘paper thin’ to the point where you can hear next door going to the toilet. Midnight parties until 3am was not mentioned anywhere before we booked so sleeping was out of the question. Our room key on several occasions didn’t work, only to be told it was our phones that was the issue when our phones hadn’t been anywhere near the key card! Food was luke warm on occasions. We moved to a hotel down the road after 2 nights, same star rating, the difference was unbelievable! This hotel was definitely worthy of its rating!

This was my third time in the Algarb and again it was amazing! I had a stunning view from my room which was clean and nice. All the staff are nice, smiling people, at the reception, cleaning ladies, waiters and bartenders in the Seahorse restaurant too! And I highly recommend you try the massage by the pool. Diego the masseur has the best hands! I hope to go back soon.

Hotel muy lindo en el medio de playaden bossa el personal de 10 todo ,en particular emmanuele el mejor en todo lo que hace ,un gracias a giovanni i casto dd la cocina muy amables y hacen comida super rica! Lo recomiendo y volveremos en agosto por mas fiesta

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with a group of 12 women, we had 5 rooms but two of the rooms which were all the same size had an extra bed in there for the third person, there was no room to put anything it was cramped and very uncomfortable, what I don’t understand is that the hotel wasn’t full to capacity and on your website there are 364 DOUBLE rooms, 40 SINGLE rooms and two suits. All three beds were pushed together with no spacing. It was horrendous. We were put in room 534 (3 people) & 535 (3 people) To say we were all inclusive there was no drinks for example water in our room, this was bought from vending machines. The food although adequate could do with being warmer. It went cold very quickly as it wasn’t hot in the first place. Also y to he toasters need an upgrade. I will be interested to hear what the management’s reply will be as I have emailed twice and am still awaiting a response. On health and safety alone : people should not have been put in a room that is only big enough for 2 people.
