El sitio muy tranquilo y cerca de la bonita puesta de sol de khumaras. Habitaciones súper amplias aunque le falta menaje y la limpieza algún día dejo la basura sin sacar. Por lo demás perfecto, y lo que más ayuda a la buenísima experiencia es el personal. Todos súper amables y atentos ,incluso cuando subían a decir que se quejaban del volumen de la música otros huéspedes. No se puede tener mas gracias para decirlo que Alfredo, eres un 10 de verdad, nos alegraste cada ida y llegada al hotel. Súper profesional resolviendo las problemillas que tuvimos, de verdad que gente como vosotros crea vinculación, más que una habitación bonita y espaciosa 😊. Super recomendable

En cuanto al hotel todo correcto, el personal de recepción muy amable, si que es verdad que la limpieza deja bastante que desear… los primeros días nos limpió una chica la habitación súper bien, pero los demás días, ni nos cambiaban las toallas, ni quitaban los rollos vacíos, las camas no las hacían bien… Por lo demás ninguna pega, la piscina es una gozada y la ubicación excelente.

Tutto il personale è stato davvero gentile. La struttura è dotata di piccoli comfort che hanno reso la permanenza serena. Ottima la posizione, la disponibilità di parcheggio, la possibilità di gestire i pasti con l'angolo cottura.

THE GOOD : ROOM: get an accessible room if you can, plenty of space for wheelchairs / assistance for any movement difficulty (I was very pregnant when I stayed and used all the rails!) - also has a FRIDGE, large space, fantastic rooms (I had room 4). POOL: a quiet/empty (!) pool in high season, GREAT softbalinese beds, lit up at night, long enough to swim lengths. THE BAD: Imma GONZALEZ - rude receptionist on front desk Zero help with my luggage even tho my bags were small - I just could not bend down and she said she’s not interested Wifi instructions - she didn’t say a thing - I had to walk back to the desk to ask her - she failed to give me the information up front Walking back and forth while heavily pregnant is not great but she again said tough, you come here and I tell you. Zero customer service, zero empathy. Not a nice human being - should be working in back office, not with guests.

La estancia fue increíble. Nada más llegar pronto por la mañana conocimos al GRAN Alfredo y cansados de nuestro viaje en ferry de toda la noche, nos dijo con una gran sonrisa que nuestra habitación ya estaba preparada para entrar antes de tiempo si queríamos. Nos aconsejo muchísimas cosas, se nota que es una persona que se implica mucho en su trabajo, y su forma de ser... Un cachondo, muchas risas con él, sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a la isla. Gracias Alfredo por hacernos una estancia inolvidable. El hotel calidad-precio perfecto. Pd: Espero que no te hayas aburrido sin nuestras llamadas por cualquier incidencia.
