Struttura ottima,luogo meraviglioso ,ideale per rigenerarsi , gruppo di animazione fantastici ,super simpatici e sempre molto delicati verso noi ospiti cosi come tutto il personale della struttura....Un ringraziamento speciale ad Alessandro e Raffaele con tutto il loro gruppo di animazione,si vede che amate il vostro lavoro.....bravissimi e grazie per questa meravigliosa settimana spensierata.....a dimenticavo,ottimo il caffè....grazie

Hotel eccellente, ottima posizione, tranquilla per un perfetto relax. Cibo squisito con tantissime varietà. Una nota di merito straordinario va allo staff di animazione che è stato capace di coinvolgerci senza essere mai invadente. Tante le attività proposte, tutte con sorriso e allegria. Ci tengo a ringraziare il capo animatore Alpitour Raffaele per l'amore che ci mette nel suo lavoro... ( Pazzesco🤩) e tutti i ragazzi del suo staff... Loris, Francesca e Giorgio...♥️ Un ringraziamento va anche ad Alessandro e Fufu'... Straordinari!! Da non perdere tutti gli spettacoli serali!! Brian vi lascerà senza parole!

So Lots of the recent reviews are directed at TUI NOT THE HOTEL this is unfair on the hotel as TUI advertise it as 4 star whereas the blanca it 3. I can see people are frustrated that they are in the sister hotel Cala blanca but it’s still a very good 3 🌟 🌟 🌟 hotel. We used both lots of facilities and the blanca was definitely more oriented for kids the verde a little more chilled. Now we stayed in the VERDE it’s amazing from the staff to the food quality and rooms, everything was perfecto 😊 The views from all communal pool areas are fantastic(see attached images) We are literally still here, although it’s our last day and would recommend both hotel’s especially the VERDE. No negatives really and that is rare, yes you are away from the nightlife and there’s basically nothing here but the bus service is ok, taxis are expensive and Uber does now operate here. Fantastic stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Special shout out to Alexandro who kept everything ticking over entertainment wise!! Don’t hestitate BOOK IT!! ☀️ 🌊

Hotel in buona posizione,sempre piacevolmente ventilata. Stanze spaziose,silenziose e pulite. Ottima la varietà e la qualità del cibo. Tutto il personale dell’hotel… dalla reception al bar… dalla cucina alla sala… ( In particolare Giosuè per la gentilezza e disponibilità) incredibile , sempre sorridenti e gentili. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff dell’animazione…. Coinvolgenti … mai invadenti!! Grazie di cuore Raffaele, Alessandro,Loris,Brian,Francesca, Giorgio e Fufu’,avete reso la mia vacanza speciale!

After reading recent negative reviews we were very apprehensive but but as soon as we were dropped off that apprehension soon went ,it is such a lovely place , it is a large resort ,I struggle a bit with mobility and found the hills and steps to room a bit much ,always plenty of sun beds , room was a bit smaller than we are used to ,the food was some of the best we have had on an all inclusive,the variety was endless ,sadly the only down side was the hot food was only ever warm ,yesterday we went to breakfast early due to departure time so went to restaurant for 7.30 but did not open to guest until 8.00 am but foot was already sitting there and wasn’t even that hot ,eggs ,beans etc were still only Luke warm so goodness knows how long it had been put out for and just sat there

Hace una semana estuvimos en la 1319 cada día las 5,30 en esta zona se ponía en marcha un extractor que estaba en marcha casi todo el día. Es muy importante el descanso, tendría que haber una solución técnica, más aislado o menos velocidad para bajar en nivel acústico según hora, se brindaron en cambiarnos de habitación, pero según la dirección estaban al 100% y teníamos que esperar hasta que hubieran dejado una, limpiarse y la nueva entrada ocupar la nuestra (esta fue la información que nos dieron en recepción). Teníamos que que renunciar a toda una mañana de poder visitar esta preciosa isla. Normalmente en este tipo de hoteles suele haber alguna habitación de reserva por cualquier problema que pueda surgir, pero por lo visto NO son tan previsores. En cuanto en atenciones (menos cambio de habitación), comida, situación, limpieza, personal… etc. excelente.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Cala Verde. Dès l'arrivée, le personnel est extrêmement gentil et parle tous français. L'hôtel est magnifique avec une vue incroyable. C'est idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Mes enfants (8 et 11 ans) qui refusent d'habitude d'aller dans les mini-club, y ont passé la semaine. Ca nous a permis de nous reposer pendant ce temps. La nourriture est très bonne et varie chaque soir. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Les femmes de chambres sont discrètes et très efficaces. Les spectacles du soir sont de grande qualité. Cet hôtel est parfait car il peut satisfaire tout type de clientèle grâce à sa piscine réservé aux les adultes un peu à l'écart qui est très calme, mais aussi aux personnes qui veulent des animations qui ont lieu au bord de la piscine chaque jour. Je le recommande vivement et nous avons déjà prévu d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Merci à toute l'équipe, vous avez rendu notre séjour inoubliable.
