Everything perfect, until now it has been my place of accommodation every summer I visited Ibiza. The problem came this summer when the whole family decided to go, my wife and my two children (until now we were going without children). It turns out that there are no rooms to accommodate a couple with their 2 children and they invite us to reserve two separate rooms, therefore we will have to look for alternative accommodation on the island, a shame.

Cleaning could be improved. I had a problem with the hot water not coming out, I reported it and they fixed it, but it took a long time to come out. The room is small but comfortable. The area is nice, although there are not many things nearby. There wasn't a huge variety at the buffet, but it was pretty good.

The staff weren’t friendly. A lot of stares and no greeting . As a black woman from the United States & a solo traveler, not welcomed there, it definitely felt a lil ****** and I tried to make the best of my time but was more than ready to Leave. The food wasn’t great. It’s a family resort which I didn’t know. It’s far from many of the tourist areas , and clubs .
