We arrive at 12 check in wasn't til 3 and the room wasn't ready so we went off and came back in 1.5 hours as the receptionist told us it'll be ready when we came back it still wasn't ready, so we had to wait another hour. When we came back the second time we were finally allowed in our room, and due to having to wait we got an upgrade, which was nice! The room was stunning, very clean and had everything we needed, the parking facilities were great and the location is perfect too. I would highly recommend and would return if we came back to Ibiza. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

De parte de los piscineros queremos agradecer eternamente el trato de Oscar y Lourdes. Encantados con ellos, mejor servicio imposible y increibles personas. Cuando volvamos a Ibiza volvemos aqui solo por ellos. Los apartamentos son geniales y la piscinita lo mejor de todo.
