The terrible receptionist, super slow and unfriendly.
You can hear everything and quite a bit of noise they make in the hallways, the bar downstairs is terrible and takes a long time to serve you.

The location was good, we went to the restaurant and they gave us a salad and the lettuce was in a bad condition, they offered to changed it however the new was still looking in a bad shape.

The experience was nice generally, the hotel has the best views of the Ocean. The beach is also better compared to the sides of San Antonio. Their Blavos restaurant was also amazing, the food was tasty. I enjoyed my stay.
