Great accommodation in the center of Ibiza. Very nice a**osphere. Everything very clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were great. Excellent shared bathrooms. Very clean. The staff treated us with great kindness all the time.

Terrible customer service policy. They don't support you in anything. Not recommendable. I have tried to contact them and they did not accept my request, apart from canceling my reservation without giving me the possibility of staying the night after my reservation (I had reserved two nights but I could not show up for the first night, even though I had paid for the two).

I loved its location and the friendly staff and cleanliness in the bathrooms and room service.

Good central option...with rooms with bathroom or shared bathroom (every 2 rooms are shared so it is not a problem) and they are clean and cared for. There are also sinks in the rooms which makes it easier. There is a common area with a couple of tables to make meals, refrigerator, microwave... 4 minutes from the bus stop to the airport and 5 minutes from the port for trips to Formentera and very central. Terrace on the open attic although it does not give much play in autumn if the afternoon is cool. With many services within short distance. Very nice staff and willing to help. They sell boat tickets to Formentera, although we took an offer on bicycles and motorcycles offered online by the Formentera Lines shipping company that we recommend (between 10 and 20% discount which helps because just the round trip boat for non-residents is almost 50 euros )
