Grand Hotel Palladium

I can't rate this hotel highly enough. We went on the 08.04.24. We stayed in rooms 109 and 110. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms, balcony and view were breathtaking! The ladies on reception were incredible! Informative, helpful, happy and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made us all so welcome. The restaurant was out of this world! My son said, "I've never had food this good in my life!" And I have to agree. Ruben was wonderful. Talked us through the menu, made suggestions and even arranged for my daughter to have salmon fillet on a little pasta (as she's not as adventurous.) He helped us with wine selections, chatted about his football loving son and had such warmth and friendliness. They suprised my daughter with a cake as we went for an early birthday treat for her. Again, like the ladies on reception a real credit to your hotel. Breakfast was, yet again, amazing! Huge selection and enjoed by us all. The breakfasts ladies were also fabulous. The spa is wonderful, the pool beautiful, views incredible. Everything was immaculate inside and outside. I could go on and on about this wonderful hotel yet still not have told you everything. From the bottom of our hearts thank you. If you are in two minds on whether to book, just do it. It is nothing short of sensational and without question the best hotel I have ever been to.

Excellent service, beautiful location with views and access to the beach, fantastic facilities with clean room and pools, private car park, the local area was relaxing with convenient shop/restaurant that did lovely food and fresh pastries, highly recommended and we would definitely visit again.

What a fabulous hotel this is. We had room 109 which had a tremendous sized balcony, sea view and overlooked the pool. Staff are super friendly, the hotel is very clean and it’s a beautiful view of the sea and Santa Eulalia from the terrace where you can have breakfast. It’s a 10 minute stroll into town which is a lovely walk. Both of the swimming pools are salt water and there is a good sized warm jacuzzi next to the indoor one. Breakfast was served from 7.30-10.30 and served an exceptional array of options from fresh fruit, pastries, individually cooked omelettes, hot items, breads, cereals and yogurts. Would recommend in a heart beat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. What a setting for meals, overlooking Santa Eularia Bay. Great service from Ana and Rosa in the mornings for breakfast. Nice pool area and always a sunbed available. Room was a good size and kept very clean. No english speaking TV channels if that was a concern for anyone but we took our Firestick which worked well. Great location for access to a small beach in front of the property and easy walking distance into the main drag of restaraunts/bars. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.
