Ubicación muy tranquila y romántica. Habitaciones muy limpias y vistas fabulosas. Un agradecimiento especial al propietario Horacio por su amabilidad y amabilidad. una semana maravillosa... magica. Se lo recomendamos a cualquiera que quiera experimentar la isla en tranquilidad y relajación.

séjour de 2 nuits en juillet 2020. L’hotel est a été bien conçu et décoré. Toutefois il manque complètement d’entretien. Notre chambre était propre mais avec des taches importantes sur le canapé, table et meubles . La salle de bain était vétuste: baignoire en mauvais était, rideau de douche jaunâtre sur le bords, manque de filtre sur le robinet du bidet, manque de bouchon dans le lavabo, pas assez de vaisselle de base dans la kitchenette, etc. Nous nous sommes plaints dès notre arrivée et le concierge José a tout à fait compris et nous a proposé de changer de chambre la deuxième nuit. Cette deuxième chambre était en meilleur état mais nous gardons une une impression générale que l’hotel soit pas reguli§rement entretenu par manque de personnel. Vu le prix à la nuitée et les 4 étoiles affichées par l’établissement, le rapport qualité:prix n’est donc pas au rdv. C’est très dommage puisque l’emplacement est magnifique, calme et entouré de verdure.

Nos hemos alojado en el apartamento B. Uno de los baños no pudimos utilizarlo por los malos olores. El otro baño con la ducha sucia. Al ser febrero hacía frío pedimos en recepción un calefactor para el baño y unos edredones, pues la cama tiene un edredon fino de verano. La chica de recepción nos dijo que hacía frío porque era invierno, cosa que ya sabíamos… y para lo que no está preparado el apartamento. No nos dieron, ni nos dejaron los edredones, ni el calefactor. La cafetera estaba rota y si nos la cambiaron. Nos dejaron como solución a la falta de limpieza y mal olor, un bote de ambientador… La solución por parte de recepción fue cambiarnos durante la noche a las 4 a dos apartamentos, incomprensible tener que cambiar todo y separarnos … Al llegar a la habitación no teníamos los edredones, ni mantas solicitadas, llamamos varias veces a recepción para pedirlas mantas,pero nadie cogió el teléfono y al querer dejar el mensaje en el buzón nos saltó el buzón diciendo que estaba lleno y no podíamos dejar el mensaje. Las habitaciones no tienen armarios donde poder colocar la ropa, las ventanas tienen un estor que al bajarlo no impide que la luz de la mañana entre. El acceso a los apartamentos está fatal, porque atraviesas un camino de tierra y piedras, lleno de baches y sin luz, ni asfaltar. Las vistas son bonitas, pero solo si quieres estar apartado de todo, pues no tienes supermercado cerca, etc. Le sobran dos, de las cuatro estrellas.

Chambre insalubre avec tâches d'humidité + moisissures + odeur nauséabonde. Déshumidificateur d'air accroché au mur çà annonce la couleur ! Ménage moyen + équipements vétustes + sous la terrasse des poubelles et autres détritus. Pas d'entretien des extérieurs ni à l'intérieur. 200€ la nuit !!! C'est du vol !!! 1 fois une nuit et pas une minute de plus !!! Plus jamais !!!

We stayed 4 nights in one of the suites in block A (theoretically the most beautiful room in the structure). From the booking photos it seemed that the accommodation was very nice and welcoming but unfortunately this was not the case. The POSITIVE aspects are certainly the view and proximity to the most beautiful beaches on the island. Unfortunately for the rest we can only list NEGATIVE aspects: -cleaning done every two days, inconceivable for a structure that sees itself as 4 stars -kitchen with practically no crockery, we only found a couple of dirty saucepans and a few plates -bathroom with broken, unsafe shower glass, mold on the walls and sewage smell - the fixtures do not close properly and the safe is detached from the wardrobe - the outdoor spaces are completely abandoned and in the evening the street lighting is almost absent. Unfortunately the first evening after having parked the car we were chased by two stray dogs that wandered around the structure, after which all the returns of the following evenings were rather risky -terrace with semi-destroyed furniture and umbrellas with dirty and stained cushions -breakfast bad payment, bar counter invaded by personal belongings of the staff Too bad, the structure would have great potential given the strategic position and the view but the BAD management makes it a dilapidated and unsafe structure

We arrive at the hotel and since the room is not ready, we change and shower in the changing rooms by the pool. They are very dirty and neglected, just like the common areas. When they give us the room we see: - hair on the sheets and pillowcases - shower with remains of gel and shampoo and water from the previous guests, not cleaned - humidity on the walls - it has not been swept as there is dirt all over the room room - dirty dishes - holes in the walls where you can see the cables - paint stains - black and red stains on the sheets and pillows - white stains on the sofa and armchairs - toilet flush button disengaged - power went out in the bathroom - ants in the bed - sink not cleaned, remains of drops When we complained at the reception (around 7:00 p.m.) the girl tells us that there is no one to clean and there is no other room to move into, the only thing I can do is to ask for a new set of sheets and change the sheets myself. A 4* should have bar service, lifeguard, 24-hour reception and a maid on duty. It has nothing. Don't be fooled. We were talking to another guest and he was in the same situation as us. Also if you do not have a vehicle, it is impossible. Far and bad road on the way up to the hotel.
