Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé : en centre ville, à 5 min du port et à côté des bus 😁 un accueil chaleureux et super sympa !!! Et professionnel Propre et joliment décoré :) comme sur les photos ! Seul bémol : en ville donc un peu bruyant ( la rue ) le matin

This was a relief getting to this hotel, everything worked and was lovely inside, the staff went out of their way to give us a late check-in off the ferry from valencia. Amazing service. Highly recommended, have fun

We stayed just one night and it was already enough. The location is great and the staff are really friendly and helpful, to be honest they are the great asset of this hotel. However, once we got into our room we noticed a very strong small of cheap hotel (more like sex hotel), at first I thought it could be the bleach used to clean the room, but not so sure about it. The bathroom had a strange design as to get into the shower you need to squeeze yourself between the sink and the shower box. It had also a terrible smell of urine, and later we also found out some condom in the trash, so clearly it was not very well cleaned. Although I really liked the location and the staff I would not return to this hotel.

Nel cuore della notte ci è entrato in camera mentre dormivamo un uomo, forse un altro ospite ubriaco e ci ha fatto spaventare e sentire non al sicuro. Dopo alcune ore forse la stessa persona o non si sa, continuava a sbattere sulla nostra porta e su tutto il piano cercando di entrare nelle camere. Abbiamo riferito alla ragazza del ricevimento la quale ci disse che avrebbe parlato con il direttore. Nessuno si è fatto sentire, nessun biglietto di scuse. Il bagno è minuscolo, la televisione non funziona e non c'è abbastanza luce. Inoltre dopo la nostra recensione su Booking ci hanno segnalato come fumatori e di avergli creato un danno alla struttura quando non siamo assolutamente dei fumatori.

Great location and fantastic staff: they made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to help with any requests. We would stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended. The only minor downside was some humidity in the room. Other than that, everything was great.
