One Ibiza Suites

From beginning to end the staff were fantastic, in every department from reception, breakfast staff and housekeepers. Our hol got off to a great start when we were met for a very comfortable complementary transfer to the hotel. Albeit our rooms were not ready we were then given a complementary drink on the beautiful rooftop terrace and then we got a call to say we could get into our room early, which was a bonus. I travelled with 3 friends and we were very impressed with the Duplex one room (room 311) 2 large bedrooms with 2 single beds and a fabulous bathrooms off each bedroom. The toiletries provided were Balmain. There was a a small kitchen if you wanted to cook ( which we didn’t). Two bottles of complementary waters were left every day along with coffee, bring your own tea if English as the ones provided were mostly fruit and green. There is a wine fridge and the staff removed everything from the fridge so we could put our own drinks in it. We loved the balcony overlooking the sea. The breakfast was amazing and was buffet style except you could have eggs to order and any type of coffee which you desired. My expectations were exceeded for this accommodation. It’s located facing a beautiful beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It is about.a 15 min walk to the old town and the castle and the other direction you can reach Bossa within a 30 min walk. Just one point if you want housekeeping to attend your room you need to press the button near the door as it lights a green light up outside the door, if you light it red no one will attend to your room. Also In the breakfast room there is a sign on the bar saying welcome next to some tins of tea, I took 2 x earl grey teabags as I only had fruit ones in the room, a chap then appeared and said they were not complementary and charged me E10 for them. I presumed because they were by this sign they were. I had handled them already so I could hardly say I no longer wanted them.

This was my second visit with my daughter and was not disappointed. The room had a fabulous sea view the bay is beautiful. Spotlessly clean comfortable beds and the staff couldn’t do enough to make our holiday so fantastic. We love the sky bar and pool every body so happy and friendly .. will definitely recommend and hopefully I get to return soon.

Second time staying at One Ibiza Suites and can’t wait to go again. Such a wonderful place to stay. The location is fabulous and the rooms themselves work beautifully. The decor is right up my street too. The staff also make your stay fantastic, as they are always so obliging, friendly, and every day have a smile and lovely greeting. 5*
