My wife and I decided on a quick visit to Ibiza. We checked the location but otherwise just took the hotel we were given. This hotel was perfect. Locatiion was great. Right near a lovely beach with lovely restaurants and people to watch. Easy walk into the port area of Ibiza town. Hotel was clean, friendly and well run. We would definitely return, Rooms on the 5th floor and above have best views. Thanks

Staying here had made my holiday, so many wonderful memories. Starting off with having the warmest welcome, to being enriched with their knowledge of the area. Food and drink was great, and was always served with the most wonderful of smiles. All staff were friendly and approachable, and nothing was a bother to them. The room was perfect size for my friend and I, with perfect places to hang things and the bonus of fridge in the room to keep our drinks etc cool. The room was also clean and tidy, which continued throughout the hotel. Great location, situated nearby good transport links by road or sea. We will be back - 100%. Thank you all!!

I make sure that I will not run out of facilities during my stay of 3 days and 2 nights. Unfortunately, the check-in procedure is difficult because I was not told in advance that the hotel check-in location should be Lion other than Lions Pocket Hostel. It is best to inform you in advance that you want to check in at another place.

Lovely quiet location. The rooms are massive and clean. The pool is brilliant, plenty of sunbeds, the sort of pool no matter where you sunbathed you will get the sun morning till night. Everywhere is clean 24/7 and the service is probably the best I've experienced in all the times I've been to Ibiza. Would 100% be coming back.

On arrival we were greeted by the pleasant staff on reception. As a family of 6 we had booked 2 rooms and were expecting to be split up. We were delighted to be told we could have a family room. The room was in ‘M’ block which is at the very top of the property up a tonne of steps. A fair trade for a quiet family room. The room was clean and spacious with a good sized balcony. We also had a lovely view. As this was my first time staying all inclusive I was worried about the food. I needn’t had bothered worrying. Every day there was a wide selection to choose from. My 3 boys definitely got their moneys worth. The hotel had a family friendly atmosphere with plenty for the kids to do. Maribel and Minerva the girls from the animaçion team did a brilliant job organising darts, ping pong, archery and shooting. On an evening the entertainment consisted of bingo, quizzes and local acts. The bar on an evening was lively but not noisy and the drinks were good. The hotel is located on one of Cala Llonga’s hills. The hill is steep and I’m glad we no longer have to deal with pushchairs. A steady walk to the bars and restaurants takes about 15mins and another 5 to the beach. We had a brilliant time and I can’t wait to return. Yes the hotel is on a hill. Yes there are insects. Yes the hotel needs a little tlc. It could be worse. You could be walking up a hill,to work,at home, in the rain.
