Excelente infraestructura, personal muy atento (Edwin, José, Gabriel, Esteban,y más cuyos nombres no recordamos). El taller de Chilcanos a cargo de Javier Abregu 🍹, un barman que comparte varios tips producto de su experiencia con increíble desprendimiento,nos dejó más que satisfechos. El tour y cata a la destilería nos lustro numerosos detalles de la llegada de la uva al Perú y el proceso de elaboración del Pisco, la cata fue muy divertida. La comida es deliciosa. Gracias La Caravedo por hacer inolvidable nuestro 23 aniversario!!!🥰

Una mención especial al bartender Javier Abregu, quien con mucho entusiasmo nos explico amenamente la historia del chilcano y nos hizo participe de la experiencia de preparar uno bueno, muchos éxitos Javier! Especialmente encantado con la tranquilidad que se respira desde que uno ingresa a sus instalaciones. Cuenta con todas las comodidades y una gran variedad de actividades a desarrollar, entre ellas la que destaca más es la clase de chicano a cargo del maestro Javier, quien con su gran conocimiento, paciencia y carisma, nos brindo una de las horas más entretenidas, así como también nos dejó varias enseñanzas importantes, no sólo sobre el chicano, sino sobre otros cócteles característicos del bar. Muy recomendable.

Was an amazing time with family, we enjoyed the master class for preparing "Chilcano de Pisco" with the Professor Mr. Javier Abregú, who gave us the best tips for a good Chilcano!!, we appreciated his class and dedicated quality time. Una experiencia muy agradable, disfrutar de la hacienda la Caravedo con mi familia y mi mascota, te sientes como en casa la atención excelente de todo el personal se preocupan por darte confort y pases una estancia feliz, Javier un excelente barman, quien nos enseñó a preparar Chilcano y relatar la historia del Chilcano lo cual fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora, Javier nuestro maestro barman nos hizo una clase personalizada y nos motivo con regalos para estar atentos en la clase. Lo recomiendo van a tener una linda y tranquila estancia.
