위치가 조금 아쉽긴합니다. 와카치나에서 조금 애매한 거리입니다. 하지만 직원분이 굉장히 친절하셨고 바로바로 대처를 해주셔서 매우 기분좋게 묵었습니다. 청결도 또한 만족했습니다.

Excelente lugar para hosped**** en Ica, está a unos minutos de la Huacachina y cerca del centro de la ciudad. La atención es excelente, todo el personal en muy amable y atento. El desayuno es muy rico, cuentan también con almuerzo y cena en su Restaurant Ají Panka. Tienen muchas actividades y Tours para ofrecer a sus pasajeros. La piscina es muy buena para refresc****, nosotros nos metíamos en la tarde-noche antes de la cena. Nuestros saludos a: Alvaro, Hilary, Gabriel Alex, Antonio y Oscar. También a las mascotas, Agustin y Marco Antonio, que llegan a recibirte y te acompañan durante la estadía. A todos ellos !!muchas gracias!! hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera excelente. Abrazos!!!

Desde que inicié la comunicación con el hotel, fueron muy amables y atentos. Brindan toda la información super detallada y absuelven todas las consultas o dudas. Al llegar son muy amables y cordiales. Durante toda la estadía fueron muy atentos. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, la comida muy rica y lo más importante es que son PET FRIENDLY. Mi perrito la pasó muy bien y nosotros también. Tienen 4 perritos que son muy lindos y super dóciles. Es un lugar muy acogedor, donde te sientes como en casa.

Hermosas y acogedoras instalaciones, la atención super amable, y los platos a la carta y desayunos muy buenos, recomendable, especialmente si viajas en familia. En cuanto a ubicación conviene llevar gps al teléfono o seguir la indicaciones del hotel. Preferentemente tener movilidad propia

Quedarnos en Serenity Hotel & Lodge fue una experiencia tan bonita. Desdel momento q hise la reservación a última hora. Ellos se comunicaron vía whatsapp. No dieron direcciones exactas para llegar pero era de noche so se hizo un poquito difícil pero fue fácil comunic**** con ellos. Nos recibieron con dos hermosos perros: Marco Aurelio y Agustín. Nosotros planeábamos salir a tomar por ahí pero al ingresar a serenity hotel tuvimos una serenidad increíble, con sensación de una hacienda. Compramos dos botellas de vino, un poquito de música y con la compañía de marco Aurelio y Agustín nos hisieron la noche! La pasamos mucho mejor q salir y gastar demasiado. Ellos tienen cabellos y nos enseñaron el caballón de paso, una piscina y restaurante. Yo les recomiendo 100% este lugar. Espero volver a regresar… muchas gracias por el buen trato.

This place is a disgrace. Pictures look absolutely nothing like the property. Horrible. Google maps leads you around in circles down some really sketchy dirt roads. Called multiple times to find the place and they told us we can’t find it with Google maps and have to use Waze. Staff was unfriendly and the area surrounding it seemed very dangerous. Better bring a gun with you if you plan to stay there. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. Horrible!!!

I was really glad I stayed at this place. Not far from Huacachina but away from the busy oasis, in a lovely family atmosphere where I felt very welcomed. The place has so many nice details and touches including historic artefacts that the friendly host kindly guide you through. Not to mention the home made food that was really delicious.
