Perfect. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms and all areas in and outside the hotel are well maintained, with everything perfectly maintained and I’m place. The decor and design throughout are great. The hotel location is perfect, in the beach front and central in the resort The food is delicious, with a great selection which varies daily Would recommend it to anyone

Location and room were very good. The staff is very helpful and caring. The food is not bad, of course it could be better, but you will definitely find something to eat that you like.

The location of the hotel is very good. The quality and variety of food is average. It's good to have pool facilities.

The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. The location is amazing. It is located very close to both the beach and the market. You do not need to go out of the hotel for meals or alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, the price is affordable. It is definitely preferable.

Lovely quiet hotel right on the beach front. Lots of cosy spots to sit and read. Staff very friendly and the place is spotless. Loved every day of our stay. Food was good lots of Turkish salads. Would recommend if looking for a relaxing break.

Lovely hotel, staff were amazing, went out of there way to be as helpful as they could. Clean and tidy hotel, food was basic but always found something to eat. Amazing view of beach. Towel exchange was a great idea that they have. Excellent location would 100% recommend. Only thing to watch for is Adamar travel who use the hotel to sell excursions. Avoid at all costs and totally rip you off.

pro points the hotel itself is lovely, very peaceful & could always get sunbeds. The location is perfect, right on the beach and The staff are amazing really friendly especially the young bar lady sama & the lady on reception. Negatives - the all inclusive is awful value for money. The food is really not good, extremely repetitive and rarely hot. The drink selection is awful only a handful of local spirits, beer and wine available to all inclusive guests. The soft drinks were also undrinkable at times due to the gas being off. The Wi-Fi is awful, you can only connect at certain areas by the reception and certain patches by the pool but even then it constantly drops. You can bring your all inc drinks to the beach which is a plus but the sunbeds are unfortunately in one of the worst areas of the beach right next to the water sport sellers, but this wasn’t the end of the world. Overall I would recommend the hotel due to the staff and the location but not on an all inclusive basis as you will not get value for money

We had a fantastic week at Casablanca. The hotel common areas have been refurbished since a lot of the pictures on here were taken and are absolutely stunning. Our room was lovely and clean and have had a minor refurbishment but in honesty, could do with further upgrade particularly the bathroom. This is a minor criticism however and did not affect our holiday one but. The staff are all AMAZING. You could not wish for nicer, more attentive staff in all areas of the hotel. The food was hit and miss but that's always going to be the case in all inclusive. There was something you could eat at every meal. The salad bar was delicious and all spotlessly clean. With a small amount of money spent on the rooms to bring them to the standards of the pool and common areas this hotel could easily gain another star. Definitely recommend and would go back.

+ Close to the sea, Close to public transport (to Marmaris), Good dinners sometimes Friendly waiters (2 out of 10 :) ) - Terrible beach: the hotel sun loungers are located in a dirty place opposite the pontoon and water sports sales point where salespeople shout all the time, Terrible rooms: old with a manual key, thin walls so I can hear neighbors talking. Btw music plays every night until 1 am Terrible service: we paid for a sea view, but we were given a 1st floor with a view of the ground, we insist on a sea view on the 3rd floor, but for this we had to move to another hotel on the last night. Receptionist screamed at me while talking Terrible bar: never any lemon, awful coffee, lowest quality alcohol, dirty kitchen We ruined our holiday because always went to another beaches, bought outside drinks and can’t sleep until 1 am

Our first impressions of this hotel was amazing, we got a really friendly welcome even though the hotel was over booked and we did not get our sea view room for 2 days but once in the correct room it was lovely bedding and towels changed every day plenty of fresh water in the room. The staff at Casablanca are so friendly and helpful We would like to thank them all especially Apo ,Yagin and sermin, we will come to say hello when we come back in july

Brilliant location beach front, excellent service from the staff and great food, best of all it’s an adults only hotel only gripe was the WiFi 🛜, very relaxing hotel and very chilled atmosphere about the place. Icmeler had a nice laid back atmosphere about the place and mainly restaurants a good place to unwind in the sun

Our 2nd stay at this lovely boutique hotel set in wonderful Icmeler. With sea views & a lovely swimming pool, dining area & poolside bar. Our room faced the sea & got the sun from early morning until evening. Room was always kept spotlessley clean & stocked daily with fluffy white towels, shampoo &shower gel etc. Tea & coffee making facilities available in room. Room itself is a bit dated & could probably do with an update. Bed very comfortable. We were all inclusive & could always find something suitable for breakfast & dinner. It's not " fine dining" but perfectly acceptable. What was exceptional was the amazing service. The staff were so attentive & pleasant. Always a welcoming smile & honestly couldn't do enough for us. Gulen & Pilen on reception were so pleasant & helpful right from the moment we set foot in the foyer until we (sadly) had to leave. The restaurant staff were equally wonderful as were the bar staff. We met our cleaner Sevcan on a number of occasions & she was lovely & helpful. Wonderful place & wonderful staff. We will be back again.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fabulous boutique hotel, the absolute best location in Icmeler. Rooms are fairly basic, but in all truth, provide everything you actually need. Comfortable bed, cleaned and fresh towels everyday. If and when there is loud music from the beachfront bar, it's soon excluded by closing the veranda doors!!. Amazing staff, Ismail, one of the restaurant staff was particularly helpful. Excellent food choice, beautifully fresh and well presented. Our 9 nights weren't long enough and we'd stay nowhere else, when we return!.

A very good adults only hotel in a good position in icmeler, very clean , good pool and a nice beach. The staff work very hard , a particular thank you to Gulan and Pelin on reception for all their friendly helpful , advice , nothing was too much trouble they made you feel very welcome. also a big thank you to Samet in the bar , always happy to see you , and remembered what you liked to drink . also our lovely maid seuhan who kept our room spotlessly clean . A loveley two week holiday , wish we could had longer .
