Service is good Room is tidy and clear And in the room you can the Matterhorn Mountain View. It is a good view.

All good, hotel will provide early breakfast if you check out in the early morning so surprising

This room is very bad Very dirty The bathroom was blocked with split so that my friend did not bath at that night Also booked the hotel bus at 8am but the bus was no show. We needed to carry the luggage in hurry to the station.

Views was great

The location is very good. Below the hotel is a perfect bridge for taking pictures of Sanno. Across the bridge are churches and museums. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and a 20-minute walk from the cable car station. You can take a walk along the river by the wine. There are mountain views and looking at the wooden house. The breakfast is good and there are many Chinese people. The service is also great!

The service is good, clean, but the mattress is a bit soft...

First of all, the room I booked was exclusive to the view of the Matterhorn. When I arrived, I said something wrong. The room for the exclusive view of the Matterhorn was full. It was a technical problem with trip.com. I felt cheated! If you are booking this room, please email the hotel in advance to check clearly!

The sauna facilities were good, and overall I was satisfied.

The service is so-so, it feels a bit forced to open, but everything else is good.

Lovely friendly hotel! Great staff. Everything excellent but let down by very restricted bath / shower. So narrow could hardly stand in it. A bit scary.

Receptionist welcome me and my son with a smile, kindness look☺️. The room was superb! My son Nathaniel says Wooow to everything! We both sleep like a baby! The food the food was sooo yummy! Surely, will be back ! Thanks everyone ! For all staffs so accomodating and make us feel that we are not far from our Hometown!

Highly recommended. Staff was great, food was great, comfortable room and ease access to to chair lifts, hiking trails, shops and restaurants. They even made a bag breakfast the night before we left as we were leaving early and would miss breakfast. This is the quality you get when the owners are invested in the guests and are there working. Thanks for the memorable stay, we will be recommending your place to others.
