I loved my stay. Everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

The staff was very engaged. Hotel location is great Every hour there is food service etc. beach beautiful We got a sea view room.

Set around the bay in between Icmeler and Marmaris, I think that Orka Lotus has an idyllic location, offering easy access to the beach and both Icmeler and Marmaris attractions, along with scenic views that are just stunning. I visited the hotel with my partner and mum, staying in a double room with sea view, and a single occupancy room with a land view. The rooms themselves were nice enough although not as large as some 5* accommodations I have experienced. By the time our cases were in, we didn’t have much space. The room with the sea view had a lovely balcony and it was beautiful to see over the bay of Icmeler. My mum’s room as single occupancy was not quite so nice, overlooking a scruffy building yard at the back. Additionally, the cleaners gathered first thing on the metal steps at the end by mum’s room, and the smell of cigarettes was very strong, alongside noise from them chatting loudly, early morning. In terms of the hotel's cleanliness a light can be left switched on to indicate that you would like your room cleaned. This involved sheets and a towel change. Hot water was plentiful and the showers really enjoyable. There is free water and soft drinks inside the fridge in the rooms. The air conditioning was excellent and the bed really comfortable. We all slept well. Whilst general cleaning is ok, we found that some of the areas did not have attention to detail and lift areas in particular were not so good and a little shabby. Even after the cleaner had been in, if we walked with bare feet, our soles were black! The WiFi in the room was a little hit and miss but better after midnight when folks had gone to bed and I managed to connect to my work laptop. The live music and ambiance were generally appreciated, with a couple of good shows such as the Turkish Night. Bingo is not really my thing but there is other entertainment. The main pool was a little too loud for me with muffled speakers blaring. They need a technical check :) But there is another Adult Pool at the end of the complex if need be. Horses for courses as some people seemed to enjoy the main pool - mainly those with kids. There’s also a small Aqua Park area for kids and another two smaller pools. Sun-beds are hard to come by and there are not many around the main pool area but they are plentiful on the beach which is lovely. The sea is beautiful. In terms of the staff's friendliness this was good- they were attentive and efficient and dealt with large numbers. I enjoyed the food quality and it was varied in terms of choice. There were snack bars dotted around which were also excellent. Especially the Gozleme on the beach. You can eat at any point of the day and there’s always something nice available. All in all this was a good experience and a lovely holiday was had. The clientele seemed to be mainly Turkish with a small mix of English families along the way. Me and my friend stayed 8 days in this hotel. We loved everything about it, the food was really good and we were obsessed with the view. Cocktails are okay and not that bad. The best cocktails are in the blue bar. Service is really good and everyone was so polite to me and my friend (we were 2 girls). Animation team is also fun and good! They keep us entertaining at the pool with music and little games. Evening shows are also very good and fun! And even after 23:30 they bring us to disco with the bus so really good for people that still wants to party. Big shout out to Shaggy, Abi, Olfa and Sofienne for making our holiday fun. We had a really good time! We will come back soon!

It was amazing place. Good team Good food Good drink I was there with my family and it was very good experience and we enjoyed. The room with seeside are so good. The beach was so clear and nice. If you want to go there reserve cabana and icon and enjoy

Me and my boyfriend James just returned from our 11 night stay here! He proposed to me on the dock out on the beach and it was lovely! Our stay was especially special thanks to the entertainer Shaggy who made us feel very welcome and like an old friend! The sea view room we had was lovely and had views to die for! Would definitely return!

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star, it’s more like 3 star hotel. We paid for 2 rooms with the land view and we got a view on concrete wall an chickens (photos). Also we wanted rooms close to each other and they were completely on opposite sides of complex. The right side of the hotel is beautifull, but unfortunately not the left side, where we were staying. The place is overal not very clean and there is a loud music (sometimes even through the night). The food is good but not awesome. Staff is usually nice except the receptionist, they are always annoyed and act like you are bothering them. Photos on the hotel web site doesn’t reflect reality, the sea is not as clear and blue and there is just too much people. We think they also hide bad reviews. Considering the price this hotel is pure dissapointment.

Excellent hotel! The food is great, the views are amazing and the rooms are so nice! There is so much to do for kids. The kids club is great, the evening entertainment is excellent and the animation team are all so friendly and great with the kids. Special shoutout to Shaggy who is great! Will definitely be back.

Animation team were amazing Dali and Shaggy David and manager Sofien were all 5*. Lovely clean hotel with great staff. Will definitely come back. Great location and room was always spotless and with a great view. Food and entertainment were also great.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Restaurant is amazing have different foods everyday. The entertainment team is amazing always around, so friendly, big shout out to Shaggy. Always things happening like water polo, darts, pool gym. Photography on site, shops downstairs. Bar staff amazing and restaurant staff always asking if you want drinks. Very clean and friendly hotel. Water sports on the beach. Cabana are amazing so peaceful always asking for drinks for food given to us and drinks. Overall amazing atmosphere to be in.

NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL! NO AC! INSECTS! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! We checked into Okra today and are going to ask for our money back! Our room had no proper AC, it was barely working and felt like a sauna during the day. We asked the reception to switch the rooms. They made us wait for the whole day just to say that the AC is the same in all the rooms and that our problem can’t be resolved! On top of that, there are cockroaches, insects, and ants everywhere! We had a suite with ants in the restroom! See the photos below. Our toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests. The hotel is REALLY dirty, to say the least. Old and dated. Filthy elevators that do not work. The staff doesn’t care about your concerns and isn’t willing to help. THEY DON'T PROVIDE A PROPER SHAMPOO OR HAIR CONDITIONER. They have some really CHEAP 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel dispenser in a 5-star hotel! Common areas are poorly maintained. FOOD AND ALCOHOL ARE VERY BASIC to say the least. Please THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL!

Excellent hotel. Great food. Friendly staff. Great location. We recommend this hotel, we returned twice. In October there was less food choice, but still good. They have Butler service beach huts for hire, which are amazing, we ended up swimming with two turtles, from the hut.
