**Amazing Experience!** I loved my stay at cloud castel The staff were welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. And balcony view is awesome .The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I had a fantastic stay in Munnar. The staff were friendly, the service was top-notch, great food and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. The peaceful location made it a perfect escape. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!😁😁

The stay at cloud castle was very good....the staffs are excellent especially Anjali,Midhun,Ramesh and Anoop they are very friendly❤️❤️❤️.....and the food was good puttu&banana is super....💗the view from the room also very nice thank you cloud castle

Overall experience good and nice ambience. Food and staffs are good and service also good. Most tourist places located nearer to this hotel. Finally, hotel is good for all type of travellers. Couples, family and solo travelers. Enjoyed the stay with nice valley view room. Cheers

Had a great experience staying in Cloud Castle. Especially the hospitality and food. Ramesh, the person who served us the food was a joyful lovely person. Also the chef who made us great dishes should be mentioned. Me n my family had a great stay with an amazing appetite.
