Small, quiet hotel with delicious and local quisine (amaaaazing risotto!). The rooms are clean and the staff so hospitable and friendly. It has been my third visit already and I have already booked my next stay there. Thank you to the entire Porto Belissario team - it is thanks to you that the stay is a highlight of the year each time.

Words simply cannot explain the sense of well-being supplied by the people working in this premise. Everybody - and I mean it - treats customers as a personal guest. From receptionists (like wonderful Leti), to breakfast attendants, to cleaning ladies, each and everyone is sincerely smiling and expressing the most heartfelt Cretan sense of hospitality. Here's explained why the atmosphere there is so incredibly light and relaxed. Not only that: the hotel structure is beautiful, painstakingly kept, offering a beautiful swimming pool, a sumptuous buffet breakfast and a beach a few steps away, where people may go with towels and beach umbrellas supplied by the hotel itself. Of course, such a massive organization needs to have the most incredible choreographer able to give such perfect guidelines to the entire personnel, having them being maintained. The person in question’s name is Demetra; just rely on this incredible lady for any request and you'll be satisfied in a matter of seconds. Nothing is ever too much for her, of course with her trademark warm smile. That’s why clients are so affectionate to Porto Belissario and make reservations from one year to the other; in fact, forget about finding a room here during the high season (May-October), shortly before you trip. Rightly so. All in all, congratulations, Porto Belissario for your superb job!

Dobry hotel w dobrym miejscu. Mały kameralny hotel prawie wrośnięty w gaje oliwne i zbocze nabrzeža. Przyjaciel, który nas odwiedził i przyjechał z „RESORTU typu ALL” powiedział, że tu pachnie Grecją! I jest to prawda bo dookoła roztaczają się zapachy dzrzew, krzewów i ziół. Mimo braku atrakcji nasza 5-letnia córeczka świetnie się bawiła na plaży. Zabawki można kupić w pobliskim sklepie w ktorym jest wszystko - dosłownie! A czego nie ma w sklepie można kupić w obwożnej furgonetce, widzieliśmy dwie jedną z odzież drugą z meblami. Hotel - bardzo dobrze zarządany przez Kierowniczkę Panią Dimitrę, która zasze jest uśmiechnięta i służy pomocą, Obsług hotelu także zawsze pomocna i uśmichnięta Pokój - duży nowocześnie urządzony z dużą łazienką i balkonem. Plaża - żwirkowo piaszczysta, buty wodne potrzebne raczej ze względu na temperaturę piasku, parasolkę moża pożyczyć w hotelu. Auto można zamówić w wypożyczalni z dostarczeniem do hotelu na określoną godzinę tu pomoże Pani Dimitra.

Hôtel tout neuf, facile d’accès, belle piscine et charmante petite plage privée. Belle chambre, la notre avait un petit jardin très agréable avec une belle vue mer, bon buffet le soir et le matin à prix très raisonnable, bel accueil de tout le personnel.

Everything is excellent. Wonderful beach with very clear sea and some rocks to exemine. No children, no loud music, delicious meals, not very much meat, rather for those who love vegetable. Very comfortable beds.

All the Staff was helpfull,smlling.Service profesionell. .The buffet restaurant had a bieg variety of delicious food (traditionell gourmet food too;yoghurt and dolmadaki very,very good!). All hotel areas,pool,room,bathroom were VERY CLEAN .Ho private beach: wild(no sunbeds),naturell,BEAUTIFUL,is pebbly but not painful.See water cristal,wonderful for swimmer!!! I can highly reccomend this Hotel- quiet,amazing,EXCELLENT!

Hôtel très agréable, de petite taille situé dans un cadre magnifique. Plage privée en contrebas de l'hôtel. Buffet simple, avec peu de choix mais très bon et preparé sur place. Très différent des hôtels clubs avec une multitude de plats insipides. Ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est le service apporté par l'ensemble du personnel et de la direction. C'est vraiment rare d'avoir un tel niveau de service dans un hôtel touristique.

Άλλη μια ονειρική επίσκεψη στο Porto Belissario. Πάντα με κάτι καινούριο, πάντα με την ίδια ζεστή φιλοξενεία που δείχνει πόσο αξίζει τελικά να χαλαρώνεις στη νότια Κρήτη ακόμα και στο τέλος του Οκτωβρίου με τη ζεστή θάλασσα και τις ηλιόλουστες ημέρες.
