"English: We returned from vacation yesterday evening, satisfied and happy with the experience we had in this facility and sad because unfortunately the stay is over. As per the title we can only define the place as top, it's a shame we can't give 6 stars or balls, it happened to us other times to have 360 ​​degree satisfaction, however we can put it in the context of the unforgettable for what we experienced. Let's go step by step ... the facility presents itself on our arrival better than we imagined, the photos don't do it justice, much better in person and already from the welcome we understand that we have come to the right place. Always very kind staff, for every need or request they have always been competent and available to help us, for example we needed the doctor for the little one and they promptly took action. Excellent cleanliness everywhere, we noticed that the dining room staff was always ready to clean the tables for the change of guests who took turns for meals, very clean common areas and even the daily tidying of the rooms was excellent. You can eat practically all day, apart from the central restaurant open at meal times, where you can eat with a sea view, there is the pool bar which from 10 am to 6 pm is always stocked with cold and hot snacks, for my birthday they even took care of providing us with a cake, excellent, and a candle. The beach, practically inside the hotel, well kept and clean, offers beautiful, transparent water, in the dives I did with the children to feed the fish we also met a scorpion fish, it was a wonderful experience. The water park for children is fantastic and well kept, for the children it was fun to be able to play in this area, which again in this case the photos do not do it justice, all the pools are very clean. Finally there is the entertainment, miniclub and adults, which the hotel must be proud of, I put it last because it is obligatory to mention them properly: Salvatore, Federico, Alice, Marta, Matilde, Angelica, Cristina, Julia, Gabi, Max, Federica and Samba, a truly united and beautiful to see staff, always kind, always smiling and available, certainly the fact that most of them are Italian helped us and made things easier especially with the mini club, our children had a great time and always wanted to be with them, we were really sorry to have to say goodbye to them at the end of the holiday. In short, summing up, I think it is understood, the holiday thanks to what was described above was wonderful and not only do we recommend the structure and its services, we really recommend it."
