"Stunning hotel! Beautiful views and great service. The best pool area we have ever had. Good variety of food. Some live music in the evenings would be a nice touch. A very relaxing week in a secluded spot…it’s at least one and a half hours from the airport."

"Amazing hotel with very friendly helpful staff who just couldn't do enough for you. We had a very relaxing quiet 2 week break, the food was outstanding unfortunately our clothes no longer fit lol, restaurant staff were amazing, chef's also need a mention as food was top notch, also the waiters and waitresses were very professional, what we think was the restaurant manager (sorry didn't get your name) found out it was my partners birthday while we we there and arranged for a cake and a bottle of fizz to be sent to our room, didnt expect that and it made the day more special. Drinks in the bar were amazing, the additional homemade shots were a plus (thank you Manolis) while we are mentioning bar staff, a big thank you to Katerina who kept us topped up and entertained for the whole holiday, also a big thank you to Ivelina who was very professional and until the last night didn't we found out it was only her 2nd week. "Needed a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes. The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony. There is a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend"

"The place is appalling if you are from an English speaking country. German 👍 French 👍👍 English 🤔 nowt to do here if you are with Jet2. It’s supposed to be all inclusive, but they miss the idea of what this actually means. The breakfast, great if you like toast and fried eggs the rest is 🤢 Lunch ok again, but at least you can make a good cheese and onion baguette. Dinner well, that depends on your tastes. Beer, you only get a full glass if you pour your own at lunch and dinner. The shorts are fab mind!! The pool was freezing cold, so cold I even saw a penguin refuse to go in. The sun beds have seen better days, most likely at the original Olympic Games 😂 entertainment that’s on is always in French, German, Dutch, Romanian and gobbledegook but never English. The rooms in the dungeon, sorry family rooms are not even 2 star ⭐ rooms. We booked an adult only hotel, only to have that cancelled and moved here. Jet2. How have did you get it so wrong? On a positive end, we ate at a lovely restaurant just up the road called Pegalo. Superior food, service and location."

"The room was clean and comfortable but very basic. Only handsoap at the basin, and body/shampoo in the shower. No tissues or body lotion. The room was a reasonable size with a small balcony, and comfortable bed. We opened the door a little to listen to the ocean but that let in some mosquitoes. Our room was quiet. Breakfast was very good, and could be enjoyed outside overlooking he beach. The position of the hotel was very good, stepping out to the beachside shops and restaurants, or onto the street and nearby cafes."

"Absolutely horrifying stay. Nothing was remotely close to the standard advertised. The entire facility seemed to be under maintenance and honestly should have been closed instead of rented out to guests. There was constant mess around the property and ongoing renovation noise throughout the day, making it impossible to properly relax. The hotel is also completely isolated in the middle of nowhere, which becomes a major issue once you realize how poor the food options are. If you do not enjoy the hotel food, you essentially have no alternatives nearby — there are almost no restaurants or convenience stores around. The few tiny mini-markets in the area charge absurd prices for basic products. I am talking about paying around €9 for a single jar of peanut butter. The atmosphere was equally disappointing. There was absolutely nothing happening at the resort — no music, no events, no entertainment, no atmosphere whatsoever. After a couple of days, it honestly started to feel like being trapped there rather than enjoying a holiday. The entire place felt empty, lifeless, and incredibly boring. The food itself was genuinely awful. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day, and unfortunately not in a good way. Most of the food lacked quality and taste, and despite breakfast supposedly lasting until 10:30, staff already started clearing everything around 09:45 while rushing guests to finish. For a so-called sports camp, the nutrition offering was shocking — around 90% of the food was fried, and after training it was nearly impossible to find proper protein options. The training setup itself felt like the biggest disappointment of all. Very few workouts were available, and most seemed designed for elderly guests rather than people attending an actual sports-focused retreat. The padel court was basically locked into group sessions twice a day, and if you wanted to book it privately outside those hours — despite the court sitting empty most of the day — you had to pay extra fees. It simply made no sense. The outdoor gym area was also barely accessible unless you attended the scheduled classes, after which all the equipment was packed away again. There were only few outdoor classes per week and just one HIIT session during the entire stay. Most sessions were also run by the same trainer, making the whole experience feel repetitive and poorly organized. Cleanliness was another major issue. The towels in the room were stained, and the bed sheets did not smell fresh at all. Beach towels were almost impossible to get — by early afternoon they had already run out most days. Overall, this ended up being one of the biggest wastes of money I have experienced. We went there expecting to focus on health, training, and recovery, but instead came home with stomach pain, frustration, and major disappointment rather than a proper vacation."

"The hotel was excellent, fantastic staff and food wonderful ..better than many of the surrounding restaurants. Plentiful and as an adults only hotel free from fast food. No complaints at all. Rooms clean and the ladies who serviced them friendly and efficient. The reception staff were multi lingual and a fountain of information. We loved sitting on the terrace outside in the evening. I made good use of the brother and sister run spa and walked on air after my treatments. Lovely pool area..never packed…such a relief after years of child friendly hotels! Beautiful beach area as well. My only issue is the balconies. The view from ours would have been spectacular except that once you sat down there was a very strategically placed concrete bar that totally obliterated any view. It was like sitting in a concrete box. All the rooms have the same balcony, so I imagine the views are all very restricted. Not a problem if you don’t plan to use it. A shame because it is otherwise a truly stunning hotel. But I would like to thank all the staff for a wonderful holiday. X"

"Hotel and its olive groves was not damaged by July fire.It’s safe,no burnt small. I stayed in the frishly renovated room 109(sea view,terrace with own Orange tree 😃,new furniture,great bathroom with walk-in shower).Hotel 3* is little,but very good like 4*++.The staff,manager is very attentive,helpful; Food,cleanliness PERFECTLY-that’s why the same faces are often here.I Highly recommend f.natur beach lovers,swimming under hotel rock cliff (without watershoe!sandy sea bottom).HOTEL is a good BASE 💚to trip to Spinalonga ,XEROCAMBOS (UNESCO sities in South-East Crete)-rent a car!New modernized,asphalted road ,1h from ho.
