El Greco Hotel
"Small hotel located by the sea with direct access to the beach. Lovely spacious, comfortable and clean suite with a beautiful view of the sea. Good bedding and very good buffet breakfast. We had an excellent stay there.."
Enorme Santanna Beach
"I booked a superior swim up room thinking of being able to enjoy the view lying at the pool. There was no shade at all after midday. No umbrella. I left. Reception very friendly. Dinner was average."
Astron Hotel
"I stayed at this hotel because of my work trip to this area 1. The reception staff are very friendly !!!!! make u feel very welcome and are ready to provide you with the best suggestions for food and activities in this city 2. My room was clean and big enough, and I had a very comfortable bed, and i was lucky i got a sea-view room 3. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of tastes of the island of Crete. I highly recommend you make the traditional dakos; the staff would help u to make it"
Pietra Sole
"Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from Ierapetra beach. New, spotlessly clean room, fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Important detail is the free private parking."
Mala Villa
"Villa Mala offers a genuine taste of traditional Crete in a charming village setting. Enjoying lunch on the village terrace creates a relaxed, local atmosphere that is full of character. The traditional Cretan food was good, but what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service. The warm hospitality and personal attention made us feel very welcome and turned a pleasant meal into a memorable day."
Numo Ierapetra Beach Resort Crete Curio Collection by Hilton
"Stayed here for a week half board in May 2026. On our arrival at around 9.30 at night the welcome was standard meet and greet and we were shown to our room quite promptly after a welcome drink and being told you can find all the information needed about the site by scanning the QR code provided. Got connected to site WiFi and took it from there. Our room (3005) was a short walk from reception and was well appointed for wardrobe space, a mini bar with fridge as well as robes, slippers etc. Walk in shower and dual sinks - again pretty standard room facilities. No complimentary tea/coffee which we normally expect for this price range room/hotel. Room was serviced daily and very clean with bottled water supplied each day. One issue we only discovered on the second last afternoon while sitting outside was drain smell and discovered a man hole adjacent to the small patio area. Could be an issue as hotter weather prevails. No point asking for a move as only 2 nights to go. Found the breakfast restaurant Tamarisk in morning to be down by the pool and beach area. A nice e size of restaurant with plenty tables both inside and out. Choice in the restaurant is good with plenty of fresh and cooked food as well as coffee machines. Sometimes you are offered coffee at your table then the next day you need to get your own so not sure what the policy really was. Tables appeared to be cleaned as people left and never seemed rushed during our stay. The main pool area is quite nice and served by the pool Mare Mare bar. Sun beds are comfortable but the parasols are fixed and can't be moved. Wasn't really an issue as there was plenty of room between them but beds were quite stubborn to move. Towels were pretty much self serve from a small desk. Never saw a dedicated pool attendant or life guard the whole week. Service for drinks is old school - either go up to bar or wave at the staff. Think they might have been in process of upgrading to QR on the day we left which nowadays is pretty normal at 5 star. Despite when booking with our travel partner it was noted that the Menoa a la carte restaurant would be open from 20/4 we were told on day 2 that it would not be open during our stay and dinner would we served buffet style at Tamarisk. Dinner service from 7pm was okay but not outstanding. Food - options changed little over the week with some of the meat dishes suffering from the buffet style - pork dishes dry, chicken overcooked and also dry but lamb and oxtail dishes were very nice on ond evening. Veg and other options were fairly standard offerings. Drinks - water offered at table for €4/bottle and wine at varying prices. First night we asked for a sauvigon blanc at €33/bottle only to be told out of stock and offered alternative at €48. Start of a season and drinks on list out of stock wasnt a great sign. Went with the pricier bottle and told they could not keep the bottle if we didn't finish it for us but we were welcome to take it away to our room and anothe"
Oleander's Garden Traditional Cretan Cottage
"The Oleanders Garden exceeded all expectations! From the very beginning of my stay. I was greeted by smilling and frriendly staff, re ady to help with any issue. The room was spacious, bright and very cozy, with everthing you need for a comfortable stay, The breakfest were simply gorgeous, with a large selection of dishes for every taste. I would especially like to note the cleanliness and order in the hotel, as well as the staff's attention to detail. The hoel is located in a gorge surrounded by mountains, away from the hustle and bustle of the ciy. Within walking distance are beaches with criystal clear water, hiking trails, the Mylonas waterfall, traditional Greek taverns, minimarkets, pharmacies. In gerneral, I was absolutely delighted with the Oleanders Garden an will be happy to come back here again! Many thanks to all the staff for an unforgettable vacation!"

Coral Apts - Hotelia Hospitality Group
"Very small but clean apartment. Price performance absolutely OK. Unfortunately not as new and renovated as indicated on the homepage. The bathroom was highly used, the armature was not really appreciable. The beds were very good. Great mattresses. It was cleaned daily, that was very premature."
Sarikampos Beach
"Everything you want in one magical spot. The views from the balcony is dreamy. The sea is right there. The pool is amazing. Mina and her team are family. Breakfast is wonderful served under the terrace. Parking is free and the town is 1 mile away. Magical spot."
Tylissos Beach Hotel - Adults Only
"My husband and I spent a week at this hotel. Overall rating: 8/10. The journey from the airport took two hours, and we had to transfer from the coach to a car along the way. Upon arrival, we were greeted by smiling staff. This is the greatest asset of this place: everyone is smiling, friendly, and eager to help. There's a very family atmosphere, and special thanks to Rania, a very warm and welcoming person. The hotel has been renovated, the room is nice, the pool—there's really nothing to complain about. The food is very tasty—Greek. The sweets were delicious; it was impossible to control ourselves! However, a few things require attention: Needing peace and quiet, we chose an adults-only hotel. What good is that if the hotel is for adults, but the beach isn't? Imagine our surprise when we discovered that the adults' area was on one side, and on the other, someone from outside the hotel had booked a sunbed with a small child. After all, everyone was using the beach and sunbeds, and suddenly, children appeared. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water; upon entering the room, we were given two 0.5-liter bottles, and that was it. Of course, you can drink water from the available dispensers or buy one 1.5-liter bottle from the shop downstairs for 2 euros. You can't refill bottles from the dispensers. We ended up buying two cases of water from the shop and lugging it to our room. Water is available on tables in the dining room. Another issue is beach towels; a 15-euro deposit is not a problem, but if you need to replace them during your stay, it costs 3 euros. There's no beach bar (although it was included in the package price); all drinks had to be brought from the main bar in the building. To sum up, it's a nice place, a great holiday, but we won't be returning."
Kakkos Beach Hotel - Adults Only
"An experience I would advise any traveller to take up. The team Led by George who is an amazing person, have delivered over and above. Our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday, was the reason for our trip, and the team made such a fuss off us it will never be forgotten. Accommodation, food and the grounds with great views and beach make this a paradise. Our maid service was excellent. Thanks to all concerned especially Mr George the GM."
Aspras Luxury Apartments
Sarakinas Residences
"He lives very well in the residence of Afroditi, a very kind housekeeper (fernab) meeting during his stay. There were a few small problems that we resolved alone without effort. The house has everything to be a perfect place for relaxing holidays for the family. Candy of the beach? Is there the swimming pool exclusively yours. A beautiful barbecue? Is there the fireplace and the adjacent table to consume on board the pool. Kitchen? All comforts: excellent marriage materasso, honest room beds: I made a return with my children and I was very good as a 60-year-old. Enter the Crete mode and do not do the posh from metropolis and you will see you be in charm, beyond the average of the island's solutions in the southeast. For us 16th time in Crete but the first time in Myrtos, excellent. The P.S. for the weeps was just to move the duck that lost to the ground with the vineyards, figs and melogranes, and the kiln that attracted them dissolved, then they replaced it on mixed signal. Instead of complaining, just use a minimum brain ..."
Creta Suites
"Booked this unit in late Oct, apparent end of tourist season. Mild weather, quiet. Unit was well maintained, hosts were great. Recommend you get their morning breakfast option, truly enough food for lunch as well and local as well. Room is equipped to cook but need to rent a coffee pot, seemed strange but would if I came back. Got a rental car and drove all over. Fun trip."
Varmy
"Really nice stay! Kind and friendly staff. Quiet complex. Comfortable parking near the hotel. Late check out given for my late flight."
Myrtos Hotel
Pignolia Suites - Adults Only
"We were fortunate enough to stay two nights at Pignolia Suites. The apartment was luxurious, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. A peaceful location, surrounded by steep hills, a magnificent swimming pool where you can enjoy a glass of wine, freshly squeezed orange juice… And a superb breakfast with attentive and friendly staff. A dream two-day stay."
Nakou Village
"Highly recommended, great value for money hotel. Clean, quiet, decorated with great taste. Very kind and helpful owners. Attention to detail, beautiful view of the Libean sea from every spot of the hotel. Large and clean swimming pool. Complementary homemade jam, rusks and a bottle of cretan raki will be waiting for you in the room's kitchen as a welcome treat!"
