Ich hatte eine Nacken-Schulter-Rücken Massage, da ich selber merke, dass ich den Bereich die letzten Jahre nicht wirklich entspannen kann. Die Massage war sehr angenehm und spürbar notwendig. Es war meine dritte Massage bisher (einmal in Deutschland und eine in Sri Lanka), allerdings war es hier die erste, die ich regelmäßig in Anspruch nehmen würde. Meine Frau hatte gleichzeitig eine Geschichtsbehandlung und war ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, wenn man sich ruhige Tage an einem abgeschiedenen Ort sucht mit wenig ‘Action’ dafür atemberaubender Aussicht, super Essen, freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal und super Zimmer & Anlage. Uns hat vor allem der Strand und unser privater Pool gut gefallen. Die Snacks & Drinks, welche man am Strand, im Zimmer und am Hotel-Pool, bestellen kann, sind ausgezeichnet. Panos an der Bar zaubert mit viel Leidenschaft die Drinks zu und auch für den Empfang / Maintenance ist kein Anliegen (egal zu welcher Uhrzeit) zu viel. Maria vom Aegos Spa hat unseren Urlaub mit den gebuchten Massagen super abgerundet und wir freuten uns über die je 15 geschenkten Minuten vom Hotel. Alles in Allem: ein Traumurlaub - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’hôtel est magnifique et la vu aussi surtout de notre chambre, le buffet est correct. Petit bémols pour la télévision dans la chambre qui ne permet pas d’aller sur le Web pour regarder Netflix par exemple, ce qui limite beaucoup l’utilisation de celle-ci, pour un hôtel 4 étoile neuf cela devrait inclus (aucune solution alternative proposée). Je recommande quand même cette hôtel si vous visitez la région de Lerapetra.

Incredible Hôtel! Really gave us a Wow factor on our arrival, everything was brand new, (build 4 years ago). We took the private pool which totale worth it! If you want to be outside in the sun to get a nice tan this is the place to be the sun is very perfect the light of the sun really lighten the room witch is great! The employees are supper friendly, you feel the small town spirit and you really get hight quality service from the arrival and departure. If you are looking for sun, quality and tranquillity, this is the place. Located just outside of the town which make it perfect to watch the stars. Thank you for thus perfect honeymoon Manuel

The massage was perfect, very relaxing and enjoyable. Amalia was so peaceful and professional, I definitely recommend going to her for your massage. I came in feeling my back and shoulders stressed and I left when my body feels so good! Recommended!

Great customer service, Anna was very informative and friendly up on our late arrival. They invited us to take dinner before we checked in as it was close to ending service. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We only stayed one night as we had alternate plans. We will definitely return and stay here again. Great food great service. Well done.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal sehr gutem Service. Die weiter oben liegenden Zimmer bieten herrlichen Rundblick und viel Komfort. Aber: - der Meerzugang ist nicht ungefährlich. Sand und Kies nur am Strand. Im Wasser kantige Steine und zerklüftete Steinplatten. Der Strand ist sehr flach. Man muss also lange über die Steine balancieren, bei Wellen gefährlich - Im oberen Hotelbereich steht ein Wohnhaus mit Kettenhunden, die vor allem nachts jaulen und bellen. Das Hotelpersonal zuckt, darauf angesprochen, nur die Achseln. Schlafen geht nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern - Die Sitzplätze im Restaurant sind extrem eng ‚aufeinander‘ angeordnet. Schade für die gute Speisenqualität - Das Bad ist sehr schick aber funktionell völlig ungeeignet (kein Licht am Spiegel (!), Dusche zu niedrig, Armaturen sehr einfach … etc) Insgesamt ein fragwürdiges Paket. Durch die Lage des Hotels im Südosten ist man auf das Angebot des Hotels angewiesen weil es ringsum nichts interessantes gibt. Ierapetra ist eine uninteressante, griechische Kleinstadt. Wir werden nicht mehr hierher kommen.

The hotel positively surprises with its modern architecture so that everyone can find a place for themselves. The view from the rooms is breathtaking; you can see the sea and the mountains. Additionally, we recommend swim up rooms with a pool shared by several rooms, and most importantly, with beautiful views. But all this is nothing because the biggest advantage of this hotel is the quality of service on the level of hotels' branches like Ikos or Four Seasons. Great food and service at the bar. Breakfast and dinner are in the form of a buffet, and everyone can find something for themselves.
