房間有螞蟻，前台一個微胖的小夥子對華人不是很好，信用卡故意刷不上，讓負美元現金，找零還故意找錯，投機取巧，應該給我返回二美元，他衹給了五十比索

外部環境是真的一絕，獨佔這一角的瀑布景觀，無邊泳池配套，拍照就是大片！體驗感非常好！
餐廳內有兩個餐廳，提供西式和日式壽司，消費很實在。記得用現金結算（當地黑市換匯，跟國家匯率差很多）。
地理位置不用説了，在瀑布公園內（門票要另買，現場買是5500比索），步行至瀑布口及小火車地點都很近。純純的森林氧吧。
缺點就是，這個價位的酒店內部有點老舊，不大氣，房間較小。但仍然推薦住一晚。

Desde el Frontdesk con el recibimiento de Carlos hasta nuestra salida, cada uno de los empleados se esmeran al máximo en dar un servicio de excelencia. Tomamos un upgrade a nuestra estadía Red Level y tuvimos acceso a salón VIP. El hotel está dentro del parque nacional y hasta a solo a 600 metros de las Cataratas de Iguazú. Puedes caminar desde el hotel ya hacer la caminata por los tablados al rededor de las cascadas. Todo accesible cómodo, elegante. Las vistas desde habitaciones básica las cataratas es impresionantes e inolvidables. Lo recomendamos al 100%

Hermosa experiencia. Atención rapidísima y personalizada. Nos trataron bien desde el momento uno. La atención de juan nuestro mozo fue espectacular. Pedimos surubi con pulpo bebe y fue el mejor plato que probamos en iguazu. El trago y entrada de cortesía estaba muy bueno!

Excelente atención de Elvira. Hermoso lugar para contemplar en tranquilidad las cataratas mientras se almuerza o merienda. Importante reservar antes y venir con tiempo disponible antes o luego de hacer algunos de los circuitos de recorrido de Ctaratas argentinas

My mom and I went to the Meliá Hotel in Iguazú for week and WOW were we blown away. Not only by the incredible views of the Cataratas, but the service was incredible everyone was so kind. We didn’t plan on going to the spa but we are so glad we did. Yvanna & Romina gave us massages, we chose the hot rocks. They were angels sent from above! Muchas gracias otra vez!

Very pretty hotel in the park itself Breakfast was excellent . Juan our waiter was excellent and provided us with very good service . He made our breakfast even more special with personal attention Only downside of the was dinner was expensive and was not worth the price we paid. Hotel need to take this to account as there are no other places to have dinner if you are staying inside the park Overall excellent stay. Comfortable hotel with good facilities

My husband and I stayed at this property 15 years ago when it was a Sheraton. This time, we traveled with my sister-in-law and her husband and were truly impressed with the ambiance and service. From the moment we arrived until we departed, we were treated with excellent service. We opted for the falls view rooms and they were well appointed and comfortable. The highlights were the quality of the food including breakfast, dinner and cocktails. Of course, the view is unparalleled from the common areas and the proximity to the Iguazu park is a huge benefit.
