Great location near the railway station, staff is kind and friendly.

The front desk staff patiently booked us tickets for the highway bus back to Shinjuku, and recommended restaurants for dinner in detail. It was really great!

It is a very nice hotel in a small town. It is very close to the station and is very convenient for visiting scenic spots. You can choose this hotel to see cherry blossoms, peach blossoms, and soak in hot springs. The transportation is convenient. There are supermarkets and izakayas nearby.

Due to heavy snowfall, the bus to Nagoya was suspended, so I quickly stayed overnight and arrived at the hotel around 1:30. I was earlier than the check-in time, but I was very grateful that they checked me in to an available room right away. The staff were all very kind and polite. The cost performance was also very good, and I was very happy with the amenities, coffee service, and the large public bath in the annex opposite. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Iida Station.

I thought it would have been even better if there was a seasonal feel, but it was nice to be able to take my time with the breakfast buffet.

I wasn't sure if the check-in at the front desk was mechanized or face-to-face, so I was confused and it took a long time. I feel sick, so I would like you to devise a way to check in, such as posting the check-in method.

It seems to be popular in Iida City. Perhaps because the building is new, it is very clean. I booked a single room, but the room was relatively spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet. There is no shower curtain, so the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was quite filling. I happened to try the lunch buffet the day before my stay, but unfortunately the breakfast menu was similar, so I was a little disappointed.

The new building is a bright and very neat hotel, but there is no large public bath and only one elevator, so it may be difficult to use during busy times. It is about a 5-minute walk to Iida Station, but the town is lonely. It would be nice if the area becomes more lively as the Linear Development develops in the future... The rooms are not large, so it is a reasonable hotel for single use, or if you are just using it for a night, I may use it again. The wifi was fast and there were no problems. The bathroom in the room is a unit bath, but it is separate from the toilet and is relatively large and clean, so it is easy to use. The only two points that are of concern are the lack of a charging cable for smartphones and the lack of amenities, which are common in recent business hotels. I would like the shampoo to be of a certain quality, not provided but in small portions. The razor can irritate the skin, so I would like it if skin lotion and other products were sold separately. However, I think it is sufficient for the price around Iida.

This business hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the station. It may have been renovated, but it was clean and left a good impression. The room was not large, but there was an outlet at the bed, so it was perfect for charging. The Wi-Fi was sensitive and fast enough. The bathroom in the room was like a unit bath in a home, and it was spacious and easy to use (the toilet is separate). It's nice to have a washing area. The breakfast had a surprising variety for a business hotel of this class (it wasn't the usual instant salad or boiled food). The breakfast was a great deal. The only downside was that you had to go to the annex across the street to get to the public bath. You have to cross the street, so you have to wear normal clothes, which is a hassle. I ended up not going to the public bath. If you want to use the public bath, I think it's better to book the annex. The bed was just the right firmness and I was able to stay comfortably.
