The public bath is not very big, but it was very clean and nice. The room is still new and very clean, so I think it was good to use it. Some people might complain about the squishiness or the room missing some home comforts but it truly fitted purpose fine - you get what you pay for. As noted, the hotel is incredibly convenient to the train station. Computerized check-in system, but the staff walked me through it by hand. They'd forgotten to set up the sofa bed in the first room they gave us, but when we bridged the language gap (I was asking for sheets for the sofa bed I'd then set up, which was the wrong question) they moved us into the same room with the bed already set up with sheets. They were very pleasant to deal with. When looking for somewhere to stay without breaking the bank in Nagano, I would happily stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights on a cheap tour around the cherry blossoms in Shinshu, which is a round trip of ”Azusa” from Tokyo to Chino, sightseeing in Matsumoto and Ueda by bus, and going to Takato on the next 々 day. Even if it is called Yutanaka Onsen, it is located on Honami Onsen on the opposite bank of the Segawa River at night. Yutanaka Onsen is also lonely, but this side is lonely. ・男女共用ドミトリー 1泊（約2,700円）を複数泊で利用させていただきました。 ・主な目的は、ワーケーションと観光、となります。 [お薦めのポイント] ・2019年7月オープンの新しく綺麗なドミトリー ・連泊なら丸1日電源とWi-Fi確保して仕事できます ・長野駅5分で3000円前後はとにかく安くてありがたすぎます ~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~ ・なんと長野駅から徒歩5分、という好立地の場所に佇む「Mash Café & Bed NAGANO」さん。しかも、2019年7月にオープンされたということで、まだまだ新しくて、しかもリーズナブルなドミトリー宿泊施設となります。 ・1Fがバーカウンターやテーブル席のあるカフェラウンジ&ワークスペースとなっており、宿泊者だけでなく一般の方も利用されます。 ・まさに「旅する人と、暮らす人が、自由に集い、出会える場所を。」というお店さんのコンセプト通りですね。 ・2F･3Fが宿泊者専用の施設です。宿泊者は、電源完備のワークスペースの利用が無料で、かつドリンクバーも無料という嬉しいサービスまでついています。 ～お部屋～～～ ・今まで伺ったドミトリーの中で、結構上位の綺麗さを誇ります。さすが出来立てほやほや、ということはありますね。訪問は9月でしたが、空調の具合も程よくて好きでした。 ・室内は、ハンガー2つ、USB口の電源1つ、コンセントタイプの電源口1つ、小物置き場、と割とシンプルな構成。電子デバイスを沢山お持ちの方は電源が足りないと思いますので、予めコンセントタップをご用意されるとよいかと思います。 ・室内の電気は暗めです。ただ、動き回るのに苦労はしません。コンセント口に付属の非常用電灯みたいな感じと言えば伝わりますかね。・部屋番号ごとのロッカーはありますが、中サイズなのであまり大きなものは入れられません。貴重品のみをいれるとよいかと。ただし、各ドミトリーの下には隙間があるので、みなさんそこにキャリーなどの大きな荷物を置かれていました。 ～アメニティ～ ・特に用意はされていません。必要に応じて、歯ブラシやカミソリ、タオル、バスタオル、部屋着レンタルなどを1Fのカフェで購入できます。 ・各共用スペースには以下のものが設置されていました。こちらは無料にて利用できます。 　＊ ボディソープ／シャンプー／コンディショナー／ドライヤー／アイロン／電子レンジ／湯沸かしポット／冷蔵庫 ～お風呂～～～ ・共有のシャワースペースのみです。6室くらいありましたが、人が少ない時はお掃除が大変なせい？かわかりませんが、衛生面の関係で利用できるのは2つほどでした。 ・足ふきマットの代わりとなる珪藻土は、割と前の方の使用感が伝わりますので、気にされる方は別途タオルなどをご準備された方が良いかと思います。 ・シャワー個室は脱衣所から鍵をかけられる仕様になっているので、貴重品なども一緒にもって入れます。また、洗面台があるのも嬉しいですね。 ・共用部分にドライヤーが2つほど、洗面台が3つほどあります。平日利用ということもあったせいか、特段、馬っていて使えないことはありませんでした。 ～設備～～～～ ・シンプルながら不便を感じない、なかなか充実した設備でした。安く泊まれるドミトリーとしては、綺麗さの保たれていましたし、かなり心地よく過ごせる設備全般かと思います。（海外のドミトリーとか経験すると日本のドミトリーはほぼどれもよいです。笑　が、そんな中でもお値段と比較してもかなり良い方かと思います） ・トイレは、1Fに男女1つずつ、2Fに男性用2つ、男女共用1つ3Fに女性用が2つほどあります。ただ、FloorMapには2Fのトイレが女性マークになっていたので、その時の宿泊者数に応じてトイレの男女を入れ替えているのかもしれませんね。 ・シャワールームは、2Fに男女共用、3Fに女性専用がそれぞれあります。 ・2Fは階段かエレベーターで、3Fは基本的にエレベーターで上がります。 ・1Fのワークスペースカウンターもかなり良いです。各席に電源コンセント1つとUSB口1つずつあります。また、ドリンクバーが飲み放題なので、別途コンビニなどで調達する手間やコストもなく、持ち物の減量できる嬉しさがあります。 ～その他（個人的にとどめておこうと感じた点）～ ＊ 夜は店員さんが不在になります。 　- 宿も含めて施設にいる店員さんはカフェラウンジがオープンしている間のみが基本となるようです。それ以外の時間帯は、問い合わせは基本的にできませんので、気になることは予め確認しておかれた方が良いです。特に、1F入口の暗証番号キーはお忘れにならないように、スマホで撮影して持ちあることをお勧めします。入れなくなります笑 ＊ ドリンクバーは夜間～早朝は使えないときもあります。 　- 上記に伴い、ドリンクバーのグラスは店員さん不在の間は洗うことができないため、準備されたコップがなくなり次第、利用不可となります。恐らくお店さんとしても、衛生面から使用済みのコップをお客さんが勝手に洗って使うことは推奨されないと思いますので、どうしても・・・という場合は、ご自身で使い捨てカップなど用意されるとよいかなと思います。詳細は宿に確認されてみてください。 ＊ 連泊でもシーツ交換は有料です。 　- 連泊の場合は、シーツは何泊してもずーっと同じです。変えてほしい場合は別途500円必要となります。 ＊ 12:00-22:00は、1Fで持ち込み飲食できません。 　- 宿泊者でも、日中は1Fで持ち込み飲食はNGとなります。恐らく、カフェラウンジとして一般の方も受け入れていらっしゃっているので、持ち込みできる人とそうでない人が共存するのが難しいからではないかと。3Fに小さめですがラウンジがあるので、そこでなら持ち込み飲食可能です。また、カフェラウンジ営業時間外なら1Fでも自由に持ち込み飲食可能です。22:00以降に1Fで近くで購入してきたものを広げて酒盛りをするのはOKということです。 ＊ チェックアウト10:00は守りましょう。 　- チェックアウト10:00は絶対です。1Fのワークスペースもチェックアウト日の10:00以降は一切使えなくなりますので、お仕事利用される方は要注意です。連泊日の場合は問題なく継続して利用可能です。 ＊ 割とシャープな対応されることも。 　- 常連さんや店員さんと仲良くなられた方にとっては結構な天国だと思います。常に笑って接してくださいます。 　- それ以外の場合は、良くも悪くも機械的な印象があります。他での笑顔を見ている分、逆にちょっと対応がシャープだなぁとすら感じる場面もありました。忙しいタイミングに話しかけてしまったのかわかりませんが、特に悪いことや粗相をした記憶もないので「なんか、すいません・・・」と小さく心の中でつぶやいておきましたm(_ _)m 　- 安く泊まれる宿としての機能を求めていれば、特に気になることもないかと思いますが、そのギャップもあるかも、くらいに構えておいて損はないかと思います。笑　- とはいえ、受け入れ態勢自体はあるようですので、むしろ、ご自身から仲良く話しかけたら楽

My family of 5 stayed here for one night. First, when I arrived at the inn, I was warmly welcomed. I was shown to my room, and when I told her I would like to know when the private bath was available, she said she would call the room to confirm. However, no matter how long I waited, the phone did not come, so I gave up and took a bath in the regular public bath. Even though I had planned to reserve a private bath for Ji****ba's room when I made the reservation, there was no confirmation at the time of reception at the beginning, and when I asked about it in the evening, I was told that there were no more free times. It was very disappointing. The meal was very filling, and the salt-grilled sea bream was the best. It was a dish with a ratio of about 8:2 between mountain and sea food. The chestnut rice came out first and I was so full that I regretted not eating the last sukiyaki, so I regretted not eating the rice while I was eating. Thank you for the meal. However, let me say one thing: I was a little surprised that the dinner menu for elementary school students was a children's lunch. Fried shrimp, fried chicken, hamburger, miso soup, and rice. The price is quite reasonable for elementary school students, so I thought that a menu with fewer items would be more of a treat for adults. The hot spring water was very hot as it was summer. It was so hot that I couldn't stay in it, but the quality of the spring water was so good that my skin became smooth. It looks like winter will be a little warmer. It was quiet and comfortable at night. When I checked out, I was told that the Niigata Discount would be applied, but I was not given enough explanation that I would have to cancel all the online payments I had made and pay on-site, so I canceled my online reservation. I was suddenly told that I would like to process the payment and repay it in cash, but since I usually use cards and electronic money, I happened to have cash on hand this time, but since the amount was the amount, I wondered if it would be enough.
