After observing the guests who stayed that day, basically the majority were Chinese (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), followed by a few European, American and Japanese guests. However, the hotel did not have a Chinese-speaking waiter. In addition to Japanese, it was Japanese-style English that was forced to recite words. I want to say that although you can communicate in English, but if you can't speak it, are you really respecting the Chinese guests by talking like a duck throughout the process? After all, it is extremely difficult to communicate like this. Some Japanese people cannot understand the English they speak. I wonder how the hotel has no Chinese-speaking waiters when there are so many Chinese guests and they even open Weibo for promotion? 🙁

I booked four hotels of different grades during my trip to Kansai, Japan. I personally think this hotel has the best experience and a warm feeling of home. It is also conveniently located. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, coffee shops downstairs...it is very convenient for travel and dining. The room size is ideal, the facilities are complete, and the soft and hard furnishings are all online. The only dissatisfaction during my stay: there was no advance notice of the fire drill. I woke up to the alarm in the morning. The first playback was in Japanese, which was completely incomprehensible and very embarrassing. The Indian front desk receptionist upon check-in should remind guests that there will be a fire drill the next morning. Judging from the reactions of other guests, they must have known about this beforehand.

(seems vetilation of room1214 had problem (1212 was OKay). Pls check)

改装されたそうで、フロントもロビーも、部屋もキレイです。 ＪＲ新今宮駅を出てすぐだし、ほんとに泊まるだけなら安いです。 ただ、理解しておかなければならないのは、トイレ、お風呂は部屋にはありません。トイレは階に１か所の共同トイレ（男女別）です。お風呂は大浴場か、シャワールームの利用になります。私が利用した部屋は３畳の畳部屋。布団が一式。 土曜日でもう開いているところがなくて利用しましたが、泊まるところがなければ利用も全然ＯＫだと思います。とにかく料金が安いので、その辺は了解できます。土曜日でも３８００円でしたから。 プライベートはしっかり守られますので、カプセルホテルより断然いいです。バックパッカーとかにはおすすめです。 なので、若い学生さんや、工事関係の連泊、外国人さんなどが多いようです。 ただ、よくわかりませんが、ロビーやシャワールームって、宿泊者以外の人も利用している感じがするのは私だけなのかな？
