Room has not have intercom to call on reception or services, parking charges apply after 9am which wasn’t clear when booking room, kettle was not working,no glass given for water, light was broken.

Great stay

A friendly welcome from Tammy and Gifty, after a long day. I arrived late in the evening and they processed my check in swiftly. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Easy to find and a short walk from the station. The corridors were quiet as were the other guests.

World’s worst beds. Accessible room had a shower in the bath, totally inaccessibility. Booked. And paid for two nights, left after a few hours.

A Clean & comfortable room. Friendly, efficient Receptionist. Easy to find location. Good value, with an economical car park next door & the tube station 5 minutes walk away. Big Moe's diner very nearby, great for breakfast & quirky interior.

The receptionists, Noora and Asif, were absolutely amazing and helpful. My family and I were greeted with a smile and willing service to help. Any questions or help I needed, they were readily available . Thank you much for a great experience.

Very good service and friendly staff specially ASHIF thanks help If u staying here asking for him on reception very friendly guy to help you out with anything room was very clean nd smells fresh everything was nice nd easy to locate the place.

I have stayed in countless hotels throughout the world and this is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I entered through the broken doors and the smell of urine the stay went down hill from there. Absolutely appalling in every respect. This was the cheapest hotel east of London and I’ve cancelled my stay for the next two weeks.
