Worse than any hotel ever! Like a war zone! Azad was ace the reception guy. ***** around and broken electric sockets. Guys outside smoking **** and drinking. Bad broken beds, trickle of water from shower! CLOSE IT DOWN ASAP!

Terrible hotel that shouldn't be open....my room had rodents (room 12) hotel staff totally flippant about it and acted like it was normal. Hotel stinks of smoke and ****....rooms dusty with cobwebs every where....had to wear shoes whilst using the bathroom as the floor was so dirty....

Developed mite dust rash . Cigarette smoke imbued carpets and walls. People smoking in rooms with no ventilation . I would avoid Ilford hotels due to a large number of "business women" and their patrons occupying the rooms . Not a place I'll recommend.

I had a booked stay at the hotel and because of the covid I wanted to change the date or refund. The hotel did not offer any solutions and did not return the money. I do not recommend this hotel. Unprofessional meetings and you do not know what to expect. He doesn't respect clients. Never more

I wish I could give no stars!!! Total rip off!! OYO ARINZA ilford london is the worst hotel you can ever stay, the rooms smell, water damaged cracks on the ceiling, beds are broken with ripped mattresses and springs sticking out of them!!!! You can hardly get any sleep over there, I could smell **** all over the hotel and people getting up to no good, neither hotel management nor oyo want to help with any issues. Avoid!!!!
