Found this place last minute and all I can say is, it is such a great budget friendly hotel with amenities all around the place, as well as a very very short walk to the station (Elizabeth Line) which takes you straight to Central in less than 30 minutes. The man checking me in at front desk was very kind & offered a nice discount from my total as I initially had some issues with booking confirmation on my side. The overall stay was super comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe staying alone. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something affordable + quiet place for short stays in London.

WHAT I DID LIKE : Yes this hotel was very clean. Cleaning very efficient when I needed my room cleaning in the morning etc.. Room was small but I was a solo traveller and it was adequate for my needs. When the toilet in my room was blocked after my first night there this was fixed and seen to quickly, and efficiently with very little fuss. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: Breakfast was included with my room booking but I found this HUGHLY disappointing. Very stingy, with very little choice or options. When I went down for breakfast the first morning there was just a few beans, a few hash browns (which I don't like anyway) and also the sausages didn't look fully cooked. So I decided to have some cereal but the milk was warm for the cornflakes. For this reason, for the rest of my stay here I went to the Irish bar McCafferey's down the road for a proper cooked breakfast in the mornings which was lovely. Also, this place is 'supposed' to have a 24 hour reception, hence why you are not given a key to the main front door. However on TWO occasions while I was there they had a sign left at the front desk to say "WE'LL BE BACK SOON!" "Our front desk staff have stepped for a few minutes and will return shortly." And a telephone number underneath for immediate attention. The first time this happened was one morning as I was about to head out, thankfully one of the cleaners was present and I handed my room key to her for room cleaning. The second time was at 12:30AM in the morning when I just wanted to get in, get to my bed, and get some sleep zzzz... But I was left waiting outside.... This was TOTALLY UNACCETABLE.... Why not just give guests a key to the main front door then, so that they can at least let themselves in at that time and get to bed, if reception staff are then just gonna decide to go walkabout for goodness sake!!!

We landed into London on a early flight. Rang a ton of hotels looking for a twin room. Couldn't find any. Rang this hotel and was informed they have a triple room with a double and single bed for 150 cash for the night. They were happy for us to drive there immediately at 3am to check in. The room was OK. However when we tried to check out we were told that we wasn't supposed to have used the 2nd bed in the room! Also that i had left some make up on 1 of the towels. This made her ring the manager and tell him we had used the spare bed and made a towel dirty! She didn't want to give my deposit back amd was gonna try charging us for the use of the 2nd bed! I proceeded to tell her that we purposely rang and asked for the 2nd bed and drove all the way from London especially to have our own bed as we are not a couple! She was having none of it! Then the issue with a bit of make up on the towel!! I mean arent towels meant to get dirty!! After a long loud debate I spoke in her native language nicely and we was given our deposit back and was able to leave! I dont recommend this hotel and they were clearly trying to extort more money from us for ridiculous things.

Good hotel on the outskirts of London but with a tube station 100 meters away and 30 minutes from central London. The building must have been a bank in the past because it has a covered hole in the façade of an old A**. It is on the corner of the main street of a Hindu neighborhood and a somewhat dark alley. Even so, the area does not give a feeling of insecurity, even at night. The facilities are quite new and it has a 24-hour reception. The staff only speak English and they were understanding of a cash issue at check-in. We agreed that the payment would be in cash but we had problems with the three A**s near the hotel, so they allowed us to store our bags in one of the three reserved rooms (at about 11 in the morning when check-in was at 2:00 p.m.), go to the center for our scheduled visits and pay the payment at night. The rooms are a bit small but that must be normal for London (I haven't seen more). The bathroom, according to each room, has a larger or smaller shower and has an electric towel rail (ours in particular did not work but we did not mind since we had a plug-in heater). The room has an individual air conditioner that works properly. Breakfast is in the basement and has hot (a kind of fritata, scrambled egg, sausages and English beans) and cold (cheese, pastries, yogurt, tea, sliced bread with toaster...). In addition, after commenting on lactose intolerance, they were in charge of bringing soy milk for that person the next day. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants, KFC, Subway, MC and a pub with kitchen service. The hotel was clean and if you don't hand over the room keys in the morning and ask for cleaning, they don't do it. The wifi worked well both in speed and extension and the last day that we left later they allowed us to leave our bags at the reception guarded until the time of collection. As strange things we saw, in the breakfast basement there was NO microwave to heat the milk (the employee in the kitchen heated it for us) and there was no cocoa (yes, coffee and tea). And as the only negative point, the windows do not insulate the noise at all, so being on the main street the night noise bothered a bit. Without a doubt if we were to return to London we would count on this hotel.

I stayed just one night in London and was travelling on my own. i found the Blue Sapphire excellent value for money and nice friendly staff. The single room was quite small, but adequate for one night. It was spotlessly clean as was the en suite bathroom. Again this was quite small, but everything you would need including toiletries and a great shower. Breakfast in the morning consisted of cooked or cold food, hot and cold drinks, served in the basement room, with a flat screen tv on the wall showing morning news. Thie hotel is unbeatable at the price for a good nights sleep, and convenient location.

Very clean, good breakfast and staff extremely kind. Really a good cost / experience balance. Perk: subway 1 minute away and, very important, reception open 24/7 which makes you feel safer when coming back in the evening.

Excellent. Don't be misled by the narrow front of the Blue Sapphire Hotel, behind lays a real gem. The hotel is new (opened late 2021), the rooms are very comfortable and very clean, all equipped with AC. The hotel is well located, just opposite to the Seven Kings train station. There are plenty food options within few minutes walking along the High Street, from fish and chips, Chinese, chicken including KFC, burgers including Mac Donald, pizza, bubble tea, ice cream and sweets and even a wonderful Indian restaurant near the train station. The building used to host a bank and there is still an A**, so you won't have to go far to get cash before diner. There is also a pharmacy next door. However, as good as this can look, what really made our stay wonderful is the kindness of the staff. They were warm welcoming, always ready to assist to get a cab, find the best food option or just have a little chat. The room attendants were also very kin with their job. We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel without any hesitation.

The rooms and everywhere in the hotel are very clean. just like you see in the pictures. their staff are very helpful. Especially Farry was very friendly and explained the train system and payment system for 30 minutes without getting bored. always friendly and helpful. Thanks for the nice stay.
