Um hotel com óptimo atendimento, uma decoração lindíssima, espaços muito amplos e com luz natural, tudo muito bem cuidado e com um serviço e limpeza irrepreensíveis!!! A localização também é fantástica bem como o pequeno almoço, almoço e jantar. Todos os funcionários são muito acessíveis, empenhados e preocupados com o nosso bem estar. Muito sossegado e com uma vista deslumbrante.

Ficamos no quarto 238 e há um zumbido de extração do ar que no silêncio da noite se torna ensurdecedor. Num hotel de 5 estrelas isto não deveria nunca acontecer. No final da nossa estadia não me perguntaram se tinha corrido tudo bem. Tive de ser eu a informar que não tinha dormido. Pagar uma noite para descansar e não conseguir dormir é ridículo. Quando informei deram-me uma “palmadinha nas costas” e disseram que iam informar o técnico de manutenção. O jacuzzi também parece uma comédia para a dimensão do hotel. A internet também é muito fraca no quarto. O pequeno almoço muito bom.

Objetivo: descansar e poder disfrutar num hotel 5*(!) tudo o que nos diz que tem para oferecer: piscina interior, SPA, etcc Realidade: um barulho infernal mais parecia um parque aquático cheio de crianças aos gritos e mães histéricas!!! Hotel: inadmissível As culpa não é das famílias, mas sim de quem vende o que não tem!!! Porque não dividem as zonas, criando por exemplo uma Zona de adultos?
