Ilheus Hotels with Swimming Pools

The resort is too beautiful. Wonderful swimming pool, child area, animation. The part of the beach is beautiful tb, has acaraja, ice cream. We stay in the front room, all right. I thought it was dangerous for those with children the room's dress to stay in front of the river and has no protection.

Overall a fantastic experience. Amenities including pool and restaurant was great with a fantastic range for breakfast. Special shouout to staff who were friendly and especially the reception manager Juss who looked after my partner very well and accompanied us when she fell ill and had to go to the emergency medical clinical.

The hotel has a good structure. Comfortable room, excellent child area, beautiful garden. But, I was in retirement, whoever wants to take soneca after lunch if you are in the room can forget. Unfortunately, next to the hotel I observed that the region's residential waste washed in the sand of the beach, which warned me p not enter the sea water and avoid sand ... My wife and I traveled together and we both found a great hotel, an incredible stay.

The food was fantastic! The variety, the number of healthy and vegan options, the labels for gluten and dairy allergies, salad and fruit bar, desert bar, and special meals cooked on demand were all wonderful. The pools and beach areas were well-maintained. The staff are all very friendly, which also set the culture for the guests. Everyone was friendly. Not everyone speaks English, and if you share a need with someone who doesn't speak English, they may say, ”Yes. Yes.” and having not understood, actually do nothing. If they do not hand you off to someone who does speak English, do not expect your needs to be met. For business, the conference rooms were large and the technical support accommodated our needs well. The food and coffee for our breaks was delicious and beautiful. We had one glitch with a power outage. The entertainment was good fun, especially Friday night. There was one day when all the room keys in the entire resort were reset. That was challenging. Coming from the US, traveling as a single female, I was concerned about security. Upon checking the locks to my original room, they were not working correctly, and there was no closing latch on the bathroom window. I was thankfully moved (a couple hours later) to a room with working door locks, and a latch for the window, but it was concerning that those details weren't proactively managed, especially after expressing concern for safety upon check-in. I would have loved to take my family here when the kids were small.

The Moon and Sea hostel is a charm, 150 metres from the Millionary Beach, with internal parking, and I leave here a tip, careful with the car's roof baggage. The green is dominated by a beautiful garden with a large amount of Desert Roses and air orchids, and is already in the indoor of the hostel with a natural inclusion experience. The hotel has 25 units between flats and houses for families, some with views to the pool. Our super comfortable room, with cable TV, fridge, air conditioning, internet, balcony with network and spacious bathroom. All staff are very nice, always have a lunch box at the reception, and the guest serves lunches and drinks. Wake up in this hostel with the birds singing, I was a little disappointed with breakfast, I had already read so many praises in Google's recommendations and my own, I didn't have much luck, I think it was a laps. The museum of the house of Jorge Amado, the old Cabare Bataclán, the bar Vesuvio, the cathedral of São Sebastião are in average 6 km away. Jorge Amado Airport is only 2 km and the road station is 9 km, good price, careful staff and excellent cost-benefit, we can say we recommend! It was a great experience to host Eco Village Indaiá, and the service was excellent! The feeling was to be in the middle of a tropical forest with a wonderful landscape, but with the comfort that the hotel provided us. Special thanks to Priscila, Jo, Ana, Felipe and the massatherapeut (which I forgot the name ...) All very sympathetic and demanding. The perfect breakfast, the drinking beer and a spectacular shrimp moqueque! I hope I will come back with the whole family soon. It is only a negative point to be observed: unfortunately the hotel entry does not match what we found inside, as well as the guarita does not work.

Pousada do Mar está localizada na Praia dos Milionários em Ilhéus e tem os lados positivos como sua paisagem tanto para a praia tanto para a natureza e com funcionários atenciosos mas contendo também muitos pontos negativos como a internet que nem os dados do celular nem o Wi-Fi funcionam normalmente, limpeza deixou a desejar um pouco, o café da manhã começa às 7h30 o que interfere nos horários dos passeios, entretanto, com uma variedade de alimentação gostosa. E no MEU caso, falta de água em um e no outro dia falta de água quente onde tentaram a troca de quartos sem “sucesso” (O motivo foi o esquecimento de ligar o registro e o outro motivo era o esquecimento de ligar o disjuntor). Nos dias seguintes foi água que é forte até o último dia de viagem.

These disadvantages, however, did not prevent us from enjoying a good experience, by the beauty of the place and the friendlyness of the staff.
