雪質最高です。 少し山の上に立地しているせいか夜も冷え込み一日の雪質がこの時期にしては非常に良い気がします。 今年はこのエリアはあまり雪が多くないのかもしれませんね。 ゲレンデのコースバリエーションはあまりありませんがコースの整備が行き届いていて高速コースや初心者コースが非常に滑れやすくなっています。 リゾートなのでゲレンデに昔ながらのラーメンやカレーの店舗が外に椅子を置いて営業していないのが残念ですね。

ペット同伴でした、こんなに対応が悪いホテルは見たことがありません、部屋が寒く、温度調整が出来ません、電気ストーブで過ごしました。フロントに頼みごとをすると、対応の悪く最低、食事は正月なのに、普段と変わらない料理であり冷たい料理で、品数もありません、コンビニのお弁当のほうが美味しいです。正月の宿泊なのに高い料金支払いして最低であり一泊１人35000円出して最悪でした、口コミで料理良いと書いて有りますが全て嘘ではないですか信じられません、食事、対応、部屋は評価対象外のホテルでした、二度といきません、最低の正月でした、

雅子様が家族旅行でスキーを楽しんでいたそうです。バブルを感じる建物は静かで落ち着いていました。部屋は広く高級感を感じます。また、訪れたいホテルです。

スキーにて訪問。最初の受け付け時にコロナのこともあるのでご案内はないのでこちらでとQRコードをわたされる。 夕食の予約もお願いしますとのことで夕食をもサイトでしました。 部屋に入ると予約した食事場所では+1000円かかると記載されていたため、フロントに確認。「本日はブレードアップしておりますが差額はいただいておりません」という返答でした。 差額がとられてなくても、プランと異なる場合は承諾をえるのが当たり前だとおもうのですが。 実際泊まるとスキー教室でその他の会場は使用できないということが真実だと思うのですが チェックアウト後入浴は無料ですが、タオルは有料との説明を受けたため、値段を確認。500円との返答。タオルとフェイスタオルがセットで500円だと思ってしまいました。 実際はフェイスタオル500円バスタオル500円みたいです。分かりにくいと思います。きちんと料金の表示をしてもらいたいと思います。
