The staff were all so friendly~
The hotel scale was overwhelming and there were so many things to enjoy that one night was not enough. However, it was a shame that there weren't many places to eat or shop!

We stayed here as a mother and daughter. The free shuttle bus leaves from the airport every 30 minutes, which is convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to arrive. It is far from downtown Seoul, but there are so many activities in the hotel that you won't have enough time. If you leave the hotel by train, you can take the shuttle bus to the airport and then take the airport railroad to Seoul in just under an hour. This is my third time in Paradise City, but my first time at Art Paradiso! Everything was great, from the front desk to the rooms and lobby. We booked a junior suite, but we paid on site to upgrade to a deluxe suite, which is one rank higher. That's the photo. We definitely recommend the deluxe suite!

The entertainment facilities are really good and complete in Macau Venice 2.0. There are not many shops for shopping, but the hotel front desk service in Art Paradiso is really average. Maybe seeing that we are young and foreigners, the service is a little different, but the main hotel front desk in paradise city is very good. The bell boys in the lobby are very friendly.
