"I chose this transit hotel because I had an overnight layover at Incheon T2 Airport in South Korea. **Overall Impression:** * **Price:** The price felt a bit steep considering the room size and facilities. * **Room:** The room wasn't very spacious, but the amenities were sufficient for an overnight stay. * **Cleanliness:** Overall, it was acceptable, but upon closer inspection, I noticed some water stains and mildew under the showerhead in the bathroom, and the toilet wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I even disinfected it myself before use. So, not exceptionally clean. * **Location:** This is its strongest selling point! The hotel is situated directly above the airport's commercial zone, providing easy access to restaurants and relaxation areas just a short walk away. It was also incredibly close to my boarding gate the next morning, which saved a lot of time. * **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, quickly assisting with requests like borrowing a charger. * **Air Conditioning:** My only minor complaint was that the room had central air conditioning, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. The room felt a bit chilly overall. **Summary:** Overall, if you're just transiting and need a convenient place to stay for one night, this hotel is a viable option. Its unbeatable location and decent service make it comfortable enough. However, those with higher expectations for price and cleanliness might find the value for money to be just average. If you have a layover of more than six or seven hours and want to get some proper rest, this place is quite suitable."

"It was a clean and comfortable hotel perfect for a long layover however it was further from the airport than I expected. Took close to 20 mins from the airport and I also had a difficult time finding a taxi to the airport the next morning during rush hour. I would definitely stay again!"

"It was pretty good. I booked it for a concert at Inspire Arena. It's very close to Unseo Station, and there are restaurants nearby so it's not desolate. Each room comes with two complimentary drinks, and there's a shuttle service to the airport. The room is spacious, with a dedicated dining area and a washing machine with laundry detergent provided, but no dryer function. The bathroom is designed for wet and dry separation, but since there's no glass door, only a single glass panel, water still splashes out, so the separation isn't completely effective. Overall, though, it's still good, and I'd consider booking here again for another concert."

The next day, Seoul was hit by a massive downpour, and honestly, getting to the airport would have been a nightmare if it weren't for the hotel's convenient location and shuttle service. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and overall, everything was excellent."

"It is not made clear that the hotel does not offer airport shuttle services every day. It is only on weekends and this is jo5 communicated until after you arrive. There are not really any amenities in the hotel. The convenience store is purely supplied and the fitness room does not really have any equipment. It is very clean that I recognise but with lower price you can find much better hotels in the area with proper amenities. Also the hotel is struggling and there sre sign of it everywhere that give a very eerie vibe.the rooms are decently sized as well and comfortable."

"I checked in at 12:30 PM. Although it was self-check-in, a staff member was there and helped me with the process. The front desk staff could also speak Chinese, which made communication very smooth. The hotel's location is great; it's just two metro stops from T1 Airport Terminal, then a 600-meter walk. Gaode Maps can easily navigate you there. The hotel room is very well-equipped with pots, spatulas, knives, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator, and more. They also provide toiletries like tissues, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and hand cream. Having a washing machine in the room with laundry detergent provided is a big plus. The room also has a balcony with a decent view. The only downside is that the bed is 1.5 meters wide, which feels a bit cramped for two people."

"The hotel is within walking distance from Airport Terminal 1, making it hassle-free even for late-night arrivals. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure with pleasant-smelling toiletries, perfect for washing away all the fatigue. Taking the free shuttle bus back to T1 early the next morning was also very convenient. This is an ideal choice for a layover or catching an early flight."

"The location is good, close to Songdo Convensia and Central Park, and not far away from Incheon Airport. I arrived at around 13:00, but the hotel said that check-in would only start at 15:00. I return at 14:50, but they still do not allow me to check in. So dome customers stand in front of the reception desk until 15:00. It is inconvenient for business travelers as often we need to get change to formal dress to go to a business event soon after arrival. It would be better if the hotel follow the usual practice of other hotels worldwide that customers would be given room earlier than the check-in time if rooms are available."

"We chose to stay at Paradise City for a night as we had an early flight to catch the next morning. There is a free shuttle service that runs between the hotel and the airport every half hour. The room size is very generous and the gym well-equipped. We only discovered an electrical fault in the room late evening and the front desk staff, Carol Park and Marcus Jung, were quick to assist us change to another room after the electrician could not solve the issue. Marcus also waited for us at the front lobby the next morning to apologise for the lapse in service when we checked out and helped with our luggages to the shuttle bus stop. We appreciate the service recovery."

"Booked this hotel for an early flight the next day, and it was the best decision. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The best feature is their free airport shuttle. The earliest bus is at 5:00 AM, and they advise you to wait outside the entrance 5 minutes beforehand. For my 7:50 AM flight, this was perfectly timed. I arrived at the terminal with plenty of time to check in without any stress. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a hassle-free morning before an early departure from Incheon!"
